“I used to work with Travis back in the pet kennel before the new management took over. Seeing his growth throughout the years, especially with little to no experience with animals in the beginning, was impressive. He quickly understood the pets that came in and out, as well as the dynamics of how the daycare and boarding systems work. Travis had such a drive that no one else had, even with the amount of drama the shop would have. He would not let it get to him and stayed neutral with everyone else because he knew he had to prioritize the well being of the doggos and cats in the end. Not to mention, when other staff would call off work, he would be quick to jump in and cover, even during holidays and busy weekends, he never really took time off. He would always tell me he had other jobs on the side just so he could get by with paying bills. He never complained, and I respect his hustle.
