For three weeks Zara came by our house reliably each day to scoop cat litter, refill food and water, and pet / play with Emmy, giving lots of snuggles, and she even brought in packages from our front porch. We really appreciated the care and attention Zara brought to her role, including sending us pictures and videos of Emmy daily. About: We've loved dogs our whole lives and joined Rover with the dream of opening our own doggy daycare someday. We bring hands-on experience, having raised our two dogs—a beagle and a basset hound—from tiny pups to well-behaved adults. Our apartment building has a dog park, that provides an ideal space for quick potty breaks and playdates with other pups. Having two pups of our own, pet care is already integrated into our daily routine. We have flexible work home jobs, ensuring your pup gets enough attention & potty breaks throughout the day. We’ll always be keeping an eye on your pup. Since there’s two of us, there will always ways be someone there with them, and they’ll never be left alone.

“I have known Natalie for years and seen how kind and responsible she is with her own cats and dogs. She is just as doting when watching our kitty. She sends lots of photos of their cuddles and makes sure to actually play with him. Litter box is clean and cat is happy and well cared for when we come home. Can’t recommend her enough!”

It was comforting to get pictures and videos from Cindy while I was gone that showed Bobbie was doing well and comfortable rubbing and being pet by Cindy which is rare because Bobbie is blind and kind of jumpy. About: I work remotely, full time, so I am super available for dog walks, and over-night stays. I have experience caring for dogs and cats under the same roof as well, and am versed in doing so even in situations when the dogs & cats might be new to living together and are not fully acclimated. I’m great with keeping care schedules and detailed feeding/medication needs maintained. I don’t currently live in an apartment where I can have pets of my own, so you don’t have to worry about your pets being alarmed by the smell of other animals on me. In truth, working with rover allows me to work/meet other furry friends to care for, to help me fill the void of not currently having a pet of my own in my daily life, right now. I am super flexible Monday to Friday and on weekends, as I currently work a full-time job that is completely remote. I will definitely be able to honor your pet’s scheduling needs. Although I cannot host pets of my own in my living space, I am super familiar with all of the cute parks and dog-friendly scenic walks, to venture. I have a car of my own, and can travel with ease. I’m super available to maintain the space and routine that your pets will need while you are away from them!

“I can't recommend Dennis enough for pet care and housesitting! He has been caring for our dog Rosie and rabbit Chester for over three years now, sometimes for weeks at a time while we travel. Not only do I trust him completely to ensure our pets are happy and healthy, I also know that our home will be taken care of as well. Both of our critters get so excited when Dennis arrives and he treats them like they are his own. Sometimes walking Rosie can be difficult because she is a bit leash reactive, Dennis handles her better than I do. She responds to his firm yet gentle manner much better than she responds to me! He provides the same structure and attention that they get with us and also steps in with the household stuff like collecting the mail and putting our trash to the curb when needed. Dennis is a true gem!”
