The deck is also equipped with grass patches for easy potty breaks. Your pup with have the company of my dog, Penelope. She is a playful and well behaved French bulldog. I have a robust routine for her to keep her healthy and prevent her from being affected from her predisposed IVDD. I can easily incorporate any special needs or request that your day may need.

Our household consists of me and my partner, Rocky. We both grew up with pets, but currently don't have any. About: I had a dog for 15 years and while we are holding out on getting a new one for a few years till we stop traveling so much, we would love to hang with yours periodically when in town! We have a fenced in yard to throw a ball in (and a six and nine year old who never tire in doing so) and love taking walks to all the local Piedmont parks with a pup. My husband is mildly allergic, so unfortunately only able to take in non shedding, hypoallergenic poodle type mixes. And of course dogs need to be kid friendly, but my kiddoes are very sweet and gentle with dogs and will give the dogs lots of pets and affection in return. About: I guarantee your dog knows I'm good people. With a very unfortunate allergy to cats, I've been a dog person since my first pooch at 13, a Jack Russell Terrier named Kody. I (somewhat sadly) have a lot of experience with elder dog care after caretaking my 12 year-old chihuahua Wesley after he was diagnosed with terminal congestive heart failure four years ago. Dogs aren't human but they are people, and they deserve the same consideration, attention, and care as any person. I work from home and live alone in a dog-friendly building, so I'm down for nearby walking and drop-ins, and a relaxed, quiet sleepover environment. Happy to arrange schedules that work best for you and your pup. I don't have a yard so much as a terraced downhill area, and it's unfenced, so potty breaks at my house will always be leashed. I very much believe in reading a dog's energy and behavior and matching it, so if your dog is a couch potato - cool, let's hang. If they're high energy, I can absolutely tire them out. Happy to take your pup to the park or the beach if you're okay with it.

I felt at ease knowing that my pup was in loving and attentive hands, and I could text any time I felt the need. My dog is super friendly and also has some behavior quirks. She can get overexcited, and Alexandra had no problem following all the care instructions. She noticed my dog's comfort or discomfort and ensured she got what she needed. When I picked up my pup, she was quite content and even gave Alexandra a little lick goodbye, which told me even more about the care Alexandra and her family gave my little one. I greatly appreciated their flexibility to extend Baxter's stay a bit and coordinate a different pickup arrangement when my trip plans changed. I would certainly book with them again!”

About: I’ve grown up with cats and kittens my whole life and continued adopting them as an adult — animals have always been at the heart of my home! I’ve raised and trained a puppy from 8 weeks old, cared for up to 3 medium-sized dogs at a time, and have experience housing and caring for rabbits, birds, and reptiles too. 🐶🐱🐰🦜🐸🦎 Your pet will be welcomed into a warm, loving home where they’ll be treated like family! She was available and home with my pups most of the time, very quick and responsive when I messaged her during my trip, sent me LOTS of pictures (which I asked her to do :) and she overall just made leaving my babies so much less stressful. My biggest thing was knowing they were safe and someone was home with them over 4th of July, (my girl is afraid of fireworks). She sent me pictures of her snuggly and relaxed on 4th of July night and her XL fence made me feel very safe with my Great Pyrenees, whom are escape artists. She was cool and ready for the hair and drooling, and even let me drop off at 5AM. Overall, I will be using Shareese again and would highly recommend.”
