“Ian watched and walked Bridget for the five days that I was out of town. He did a good job of taking care & walking Bridget and I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to use him again. In the future, I would ask him to send a picture or text after each walk because communication is so important when your beloved pet is being cared for, and you are out of town. Also, the house key needs to be returned quickly to prevent any issues. Overall rating is still five out of five stars because Bridget was well cared for.”

“Pat has been great with my dogs - Louie, an 8yo English Bulldog, and Mitzi an 8yo Shih-tzu. Louie takes a lot of meds at different times a day and both get eyedrops twice a day. Pat's vet tech background and experience with senior dogs has been a big plus. Both dogs love her and are so excited when she comes! I am completely confident in Pat's care of my dogs while I am away - which removes the stress of worrying about them!”

About: I am an enthusiastic and active animal lover with over 20 years experience. We live across from the Loch Raven reservoir within walking distance of many hiking trails. We enjoy playing with our pets in our fenced in backyard as well as taking nature hikes on the many trails across from us. Growing up, we had a dog and two cats. Currently, I delight in taking care of our 10 year old cat and 3 year old dog! I love being active with animals and walking them. Our house and yard are very pet friendly! I also am comfortable with admin of needed meds and grooming. With our schedule and lifestyle, we can give attention and potty breaks at least every 2 to 4 hours. The pets who stay with us are welcomed as part of the family. For walks, I am available 9 am to 430 pm. For boarding, we can accommodate one dog per night. We do not board cats. We have a fenced in backyard with about an acre of land. We have a 3 year old dog who is friendly. We have a shy 10 year old cat who will hide from other animals that she doesn’t know. We have hens, but they are fenced in completely.

He goes above and beyond carrying for my dogs (one of them is very anxious) and provided a slow, appropriate introduction to make them both comfortable. I’ve had him swing by my place to give them a walk midday as well as dropped them off at his place for a weekend getaway. He also sends me pics and video updates too during the visits which I absolutely LOVE! I’m going to continue to book him since he has been so wonderful and communicative!”

I’ve had to look out for family friends dogs before and have had a blast doing it! I’m currently working part time at an ice cream shop but it should not get in the way of taking the best care of your pet. I have a house full of plenty of land and plenty of places to walk to and take them to. I would love to show them around and take them wherever they would like to go. I would always put my pets safety first.
