“Rose was amazing! She went above and beyond our expectations! Thankfully, she was available (fairly) short notice and worked with us every step of the way! She sent us pictures of Bolo everyday (to reassure my girlfriend) and kept bolo (who can have really bad separation anxiety) from freaking out. She also finished drying/folding our laundry for us! We really appreciate everything she did, and would 100000000% re-hire her/recommend her for whoever is looking for a dogsitter, walker or anything in between.”

About: Hi, my name is Grace Clark. I started training dogs with my father when I was five years old. I’ve loved dogs ever since. I have had 6 dogs so far. I currently volunteer at spca shelter with the cats. So I have experience with both cats and dogs. I am a student at suny New Paltz. I have one-two classes a day that are no longer than an hour. For the rest of the time I am home! If you prefer your dog crated when I am away, I would have no problem with that. I keep my house very clean so theres no small objects or choking hazards. I do not have a fenced in yard but I typically would walk my parents dog to the end of my street which has lots of woods and the rail trail is near me as well!

About: Former animal care specialist with the SPCA, current Vet Tech student, has been working with dogs and other animals for over ten years. Parent to many pets of different varieties over a lifetime, constantly learning and gaining experience to better serve our furry friends. Currently a part time student. Have lots of availability for many different types of pet services including walking, sitting, and pet visits. No job is too great or too small. Dogs are to remain on leash and safe unless in a fenced in yard. Follow all instructions from pet owners to the smallest detail. Dog socialization is important and healthy but must be constantly monitored.

About: I adore animals, I even used to run a wildlife conservation awareness page! they are my whole heart and I am passionate about protecting our beautiful planet and the wildlife on it. Dogs are man’s best friend! I’m currently a full time student. But I am a commuter at SUNY New Paltz, so I’m able to drive to you after classes, I will let you know of my schedule in depth. weekends do work best for house-sitting, but check-ins and such can work anytime really that I’m not in class. in my house, i have a fenced in yard where they can run freely (currently not very easy to do overnight boarding, for various reasons) in your house, i will love your dog with all my heart and treat them like my own! every time i see a dog on the street, they put me in awe. such beautiful animals!

I would rate her 5 stars in my book any day and wouldn’t trust anyone as much as I do her leaving my fur babies in her care when I have something I have to do that requires me to be away or even not be able to walk or play with my babies properly at that moment. I would always hands down recommend Shannon for anyone who is looking for someone to help take some of the load off caring for their fur babies when things are super busy.”
