“KRISTEN IS THE BEST! If you’re thinking of contacting her- do it. We were out of town for four days and we had never used Rover at all before. It’s safe to say we were nervous to leave our two dogs behind. Kristen was simply awesome. Both dogs have very unique personalities and needs, and Kristen was SO attentive to each and every need. Between an anxious dog who hid under the bed, taking the dogs to the dog park, walking them on trails, and up-keeping very specific potty and feeding routines, Kristen handled everything. On top of that, we received many pictures and videos, which made us feel so much better about leaving our dogs behind. Kristen even took the dogs out separately for potty and playing, which is something we are so thankful for. Additionally, our apartment was left probably even cleaner than it was when we handed over our keys to her. We are already planning on booking her again. She’s a totally dog person, and cares so much about every dog’s needs. We feel like we hit the jackpot, and very lucky. Thank you, Kristen!”

“Shannon housesat and cared for our 2 Olde English Bulldogges over the Thanksgiving holiday. She was very detail oriented and thorough, asked great questions, and our dogs loved her! They are very large (75 and 85 lbs) and VERY enthusiastic- she handled them beautifully, even walking them together. She was very communicative, sending multiple pictures and updates every day, and our house was cleaner when we got home than when we left! She even washed bedding our boy threw up on and stripped and washed all the linens she used. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again- we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing they were well cared for.”
