Otis is not comfortable with new people, but Ivan gave him his space, had patience with him and ultimately they became best buddies! My pup has Addisons disease and has an injured hind leg—Ivan took great care of him and made special accommodations for him so he would be comfortable and safe. It’s so obvious Ivan loves animals and has a kind heart for them. All these things allowed me and my partner the peace of mind we needed to enjoy our vacation knowing Otis was in such great hands. We would not hesitate to have Ivan care for our fur baby again. Thank you, Ivan!”
