Being new to Rover, we were a bit nervous about leaving our beloved boy, Pluto, in someone else's care. But, oh boy, did Jacqueline ease all our worries from the moment we met her! She was not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful. Taking the time to walk us through Pluto's daily routine and giving us a tour of their place made us feel like family. Jacqueline's knowledge about dogs and the genuine bond she formed with Pluto turned our nervousness into pure trust. And let's not forget about Miss Lily, their sweet 17-year-old dog—who knew age could be so energetic and friendly! Originally, we had planned a 4-day out-of-town Christmas vacation, but we all got terribly sick. When our health hiccup required us to extend Pluto's stay not just once but twice, Jacqueline and Jamie were absolute champs. They were incredibly accommodating, making sure Pluto continued to have a pawsitively amazing time. We knew Pluto was having a blast because Jacqueline and Jamie kept us in the loop with multiple pictures and videos of his day. Daily walks, playtimes with furry friends, and even Christmas gifts for Pluto—these two went above and beyond! Our experience with Jacqueline and Jamie was nothing short of fantastic, and they've officially become our go-to choice for Pluto's future adventures. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine love for our furry friends make them not just pet sitters but true members of the extended pet-loving family!”

“Dominique is the best caregiver I could have asked for, for our 6-year-old, special needs Great Dane, Callie. We spent 2 weeks in Italy, and she sent daily photos and took notes at the initial meet and greet to ensure all of Callie's medical needs were recorded, and she took such great care of her, I'm surprised our dog even wanted to come back home with us! I hope Dominique never leaves Rover, because she will be the one we choose for every vacation to come! Thank you so much, you really made me feel truly at ease while away.”

“This was our second chance to have Kim's family as our dogs sitter. Kim and her family with two great children with a cute doggy (Oreo) are professional in caring dogs and friendly with us. They are great in communication and also handlling unforeseen situations. For example, one of my dog starts to spot everywhere, and they address this problem professionally by care. I highlg recommend Kim's family and definitly will request them to care our dogs in future. Don't search more on the list of Rover, just send a request for Kim's family.”
