About: 6 years ago, while living in northern Canada, I rescued my first dog. Within 4 years, I had 4. During that time I’ve walked them, bathed them, trained them, and loved them. When I travel it means the world to me when I can leave them with someone I trust will take good care of them. Now I want to be that trusting place for you so you can enjoy whatever adventure you’re off to. I run my own business which allows me to work from home and on my own schedule. This means I’m incredibly flexible as to walk times and can give your pet attention as required throughout the whole day. I know what it’s like to have pets with personalities so am always open to listening and honouring the way you care for your pet in your home. When their in my home they’ll become a part of the family with daily walks, lots of backyard play, and couch cuddles.

“Jess is the most amazing person we could’ve asked for to be our dog sitter. She checked every box we were looking for in a sitter. She’s extremely experienced, she’s a dog behaviour expert, she’s experienced with medications with her history as a vet tech, and she has dogs just like ours who need an experienced handler. Jess came to our house to meet us and our dogs, and then we took our dogs to meet hers at her home. Everything went so smoothly and perfectly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Her dogs are sweethearts, and so amazing with our dogs (even our reactive dog loved them instantly). After that, we went on vacation for a week, and Jess boarded our two 50lb potcakes at her house. She sent us super regular updates and photos (several each day) of how things were going, which made us feel so comfortable and at ease knowing our dogs were being so well cared for. I’m not sure they even wanted to come back home when we returned! Haha. If you’re looking for a dog sitter, a place to board, or a doggy daycare- look no further.
