About: I'm 22, I've had animals my entire existence including reptiles. I live on 4 acres of mostly fenced in yard for your babies to run around. I'm flexible on anything you need for your babies. (And I can babysit your reptiles) I currently have no job but I'm looking for a part-time so I can continue to focus on meeting all sorts of new animals that need somewhere to snooze and play. I have a mostly fenced yard, three doggos that are super friendly to everything. I have experience with vet medicine and crate training. I have LOTS of safe dog toys that need to be played with.

With back to the office starting, we were looking for a solution and he has been really good so far. On his second visit when he hopped out of the car and realized where he was he went straight for the door, tail wagging which is a great sign. I just go in and out for meetings and certain scheduling, but I’m rarely out of the house for longer than a few hours. Basically, aside from my job, which I mostly do remote dogs are my first priority and get the current attention. They need hourly if not minute by minute. I treat others dogs like I treat my own with love, warmth, and caring. I exercise the dogs daily and give them what they need to make sure that they’re tired out and before I ever leave the house for an hour or two if I need to, I make sure that they are let outside and that they’ve done their business so they don’t have to wait for me to get back.

About: I’ve been showing dogs since the age of six, which has taught me how to handle different breeds of all ages and sizes. Outside the show ring I take on grooming; ex. trimming coats, nails and cleaning ears. I’m a lover of all dog breeds and would love to take care of your pup, whether it be through walking them or checking in while you’re away. I am a University student home for the summer. Although I work from 12:30-6pm Tuesday-Friday and 10-3pm Saturdays, I’m happy to care for your pet the rest of the day. Walks help get myself and your dog active while drop-ins help to relax and unwind from daily stress. Puppies; I have taken care of many puppies who have gone through all stages, and am well aware of the importance of the person and environment they are raised around. Due to this, I will gladly offer light training on the side (ie. preventing biting and jumping up) without additional fees but I understand if this is not necessary. Majority of visits will focus on play and working your pup’s mind to prevent under stimulation. Middle age; Visits will focus around both play and rest, the ratio varying on the breed. I will gladly play with any dog as well as ensuring they are calmed down before I leave to prevent frustration. Seniors; As someone with an old girl myself, I greatly understand the struggles of administering medications and the work that goes in to owning a veteran. I understand a plethora of massage techniques and will gladly help relieve any muscle pain your dog my experience without additional fees. In terms pf activity level, I will adjust depending on the dog, although with older ones I will be consistently watching to ensure they don’t stress their joints.

About: I am a former dog owner of an 18 year old Cockapoo I lost 1,5 years ago. Prior to this I cared for my 19 year old Spaniel/terrier. In addition, I am listed on Trusted House sitters as a Five star House/pet sitter. My last girl, I took care of her in Pallative state, administering, meds, special allergy bathing , going to the Vet for fluids and other treatments. Carry her down the deck stairs for her potty time when her ability was no longer there to climb up and down stairs etc. I had both of my dogs as a puppy and trained them with some dog trainers and my own training. I still have bedding, dishes, wire and mesh crate, toys! I am retired, I have some spare time depending on some days between appointments and trips into Ottawa. I would be more available during the day and early evenings I have a fenced yard, with plenty of grass down below the deck area. I am close to walking trails and sidewalks outside of my home. I do have a wired and mesh crate. I may administer some oral medication. Walk, feed, give lots of love, hugs and attention to your fur baby!

About: Hi my name is Melanie and I have 2 adopted dogs of my own, Bear 10 years old and Navi 3. They are well trained and mannered Australian shepperds and Aussie Bernese mix. They are my world and the reason I wanted to get into pet care full time. After rescuing Navi last year at 2 years old and starting from scratch on her training and recovery. I realized how much in love I was with having a hand in her growth, so I made it my goal to do pet care full time. I just started on Rover and hope to gain more experience through Rover, so in the future help other dogs like my Navi. I have my Canine First Aid certificate and a Canine Behavior/Temperment assesment certification to be able to provide the best care. I do have experience training and managing, high energy, work breeds, with the land and space to accommodate their needs. I live on a large lot surronded only by farm fields and a fair distance from the road. It's a quite area with no neighbors so your dog can be a dog. I have 1 med fenced area and 1 x-large fenced area for the dogs to have freedom outside and allows for seperated playtime if they don't do well with other dogs, we also can facilitate seperated space for your dog away from my own pets if you have concerns. I also have a 40ftx40ft heated and renovated empty garage space for play time and running during bad weather. I also have experience with the birth and care of puppies as well as the recources and seperate space for boarding and daycare of young puppies. I look forward to meeting you and your pet and providing them a home away from home! :) I do pet care full time so I'm available all day to take care of your pet. I do have pet drop of and pick up times for daycare so that I am available and not taken away from the other dogs in my care. Drop off is 7-8 am, pick up 6-7pm. I am fairly flexable if you need to pick up or drop off outside these times, I just ask that you please inform me at booking. I also provide a Bark-and-Ride service for boarding on a case by case bases. Reach out if this service interests you to see if im available to accommodate you. I'm home at all times when I have a dog in my care, so your pup is never left alone. We have a large fenced in area and a large indoor play space for pets in our care to get multiple high energy play times during the day, but I also incourage quite time to not over stimulate the dogs.
