About: I have always had a dog in my world. Being outside with them, and going on nature walks is the best; along with all the smiles and comfort they bring! No matter the distance, time spent outdoors with a pup always brings so much joy. At this time Thursday-Saturday evenings are best for over-nights. Weekends are also a time when I am free. If there were to be additional needed time given, I could potentially be available. I am also available for drop-ins and walks weekdays after 3:00 p.m. I would make sure that they have time to play around outside and then have a nap inside :) more outside time afterwards of course! I would play with them inside and give treats and meals as indicated from owner. With having two labs I understand dietary needs and can aid to those needs as-well.

“This week we had the pleasure of having Abbey and James look after Ryder while we were away. We couldn’t have asked for better sitters for our girl. Abbey was so great at winning over Ryder’s affection, from the moment they met. Even when we got home she stayed facing Abbey and enjoyed her head rubs. Ryder and their dog Styx apparently had so much fun together, that she basically slept for the next 24 hours. We would definitely hire them again for our girl in the future, and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter for their fur baby. Thank you Abbey and James.”

About: I grew up with tons of different pets in the house; from puppies to Guinea pigs and everything in between. I genuinely love spending my time with animals. Whether that be on a long sunny morning walk or cuddling on the couch with a good book in hand. I work fully remotely so my schedule is flexible. I have my own dog and she enjoys frequent sniffs outside and lots of cuddles, so I’m used to taking breaks. I have a lovely, friendly Pomeranian of my own who shares my home with me. I live near lots of walking trails and live a quiet, peaceful life.

About: I love all animals and practice a dedicated vegan lifestyle for the past 11 years. I have owned three dogs, one cat, four rabbits in my lifetime. Currently, in my home I have three caged free bunnies that don't mind sharing the home with another furry friend. I enjoy being outdoors and being active, so your pet will be well exercised if they like that. I work from home and can be with your pet all day. I also love cats and your cat will have sunny spots to lounge in the home. I will only board one animal at a time, so there will be no sharing of attention or spaces with other animals (except our bunnies). I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend soon! I work from home five days a week. If needed, I can crate your pup if I step out, or at bedtime if that's the routine they follow I have a fenced yard for dogs that love to play outdoors, and when they need to go potty. I will pick up their business when outdoors whether in the bush or on a trail walk. I have a multi-level home with stairs and if your pup doesn't like stairs I can carry them to the level I am on, so they always feel like they are part of the action. they will still be a part of the livelihood of my home. My home is well kept with no dangerous chemicals, and is a meat-free home as well (so no raw meat for dinner please).

I lost my best friend to cancer two years ago when he was 14, and caring for him taught me just how special the bond with a pet can be.
