About: Your pet will enjoy 3 walks a day and open access to our 10 acre hobby farm just on the outskirts of kemptville (just a few minutes from the 416 for easy drop off and pick up ). Most Saturdays guests will Also enjoy a walk on the historic town of merreckville. Everyone in our household loves spending time with dogs, so rest assured while you are away your pet will receive our full attention . Both my husband and I are retired and are able to spend quality time with your pet every day. Starting with a morning walk on the property(dogs leashed at all times). We have several trail systems in our area to also provide afternoon walks We gave 40 years of experience with our own dogs and also taking care of family dogs when required. When we walk our dogs are always leashed . Visiting dogs are free to lounge on the back deck or lawns and will always be tethered

Whether that be on a long sunny morning walk or cuddling on the couch with a good book in hand. I work fully remotely so my schedule is flexible. About: I love all animals and practice a dedicated vegan lifestyle for the past 11 years. I have owned three dogs, one cat, four rabbits in my lifetime. Currently, in my home I have three caged free bunnies that don't mind sharing the home with another furry friend. I enjoy being outdoors and being active, so your pet will be well exercised if they like that. I work from home and can be with your pet all day. I also love cats and your cat will have sunny spots to lounge in the home. I will only board one animal at a time, so there will be no sharing of attention or spaces with other animals (except our bunnies). I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend soon! If needed, I can crate your pup if I step out, or at bedtime if that's the routine they follow I have a fenced yard for dogs that love to play outdoors, and when they need to go potty. I will pick up their business when outdoors whether in the bush or on a trail walk. I have a multi-level home with stairs and if your pup doesn't like stairs I can carry them to the level I am on, so they always feel like they are part of the action. they will still be a part of the livelihood of my home. My home is well kept with no dangerous chemicals, and is a meat-free home as well (so no raw meat for dinner please).

“I had Abigail watch my 65lb miniature Poodle & Bernese mix, in my home, for 6 days (during a heat wave in July). My fur child is 10 years old and quite particular with her diet, meal/snack time and frequency of leashed walks and backyard time. At our meet+greet, Abigail moved with confidence around my rambunctious dog which in turn calmed my dog down. I could tell she is an experienced and genuinely caring pet sitter. During my time away, Abigail kept me up to date on my dog’s wellbeing and was quick to respond to my messages. I came home to a happy, healthy dog and a clean house (just as I left it).
