“Rachel and her family are one of the best to watch your fur baby while you're away enjoying vacation. There is a meet and greet prior to booking, and once booking is made, there is a survey about your fur baby info and emergency contact info. I honestly thought that the survey was well written and very professional as part of the booking requirement, which provides reassurance. During Momo's (Samoyed) stay I received detailed daily updates with pictures included. They took Momo (Samoyed) out on multiple walks and plenty of play time throughout the day. I had zero worry about Momo staying with Rachel and her family. Her daughters also played a big role in Momo's stay by playing and napping with her. They even help with brushing Momo's fur which was above and beyond by their service. Anything issue that comes up, Rachel would notify me right away which was very helpful to address them right away. Momo had accidently punctured one of her bone toys with sand in them, and Rachel let me know right away, in case I need to order a replacement. I appreciate how responsive in our communication, and having full attention with Momo. Considering Rachel as a new Rover, I would highly recommend Rachel for bringing A1 service and providing stress-free for your fur babies.”

“Ji An is so sweet and welcoming. We booked her last minute after finding out our regular dog sitter moved to Seattle. We did a short meet and greet and she took care of Mojito so well. She had a welcome sign for him at drop off, gave him long walks and lots of love. She was understanding when we arrived a little late for pick up and also had a photo printed of Mojito with his new friend Bokey! We will definitely book with Ji An again.”

“When I booked Trixie's stay with Ann, I was a little nervous that Trixie would have a hard time with other dogs (she's used to only one other at a time). Now I realize I had nothing to worry about! Ann took many pictures of Trixie looking relaxed and even some reassuring photos of Trixie snuggling up to another dog. ? I think my pup had a great time! Also, I had a last minute addition of Trixie needing medication. Ann had no problem adding that to Trixie's daily care. Trixie also smelled great when I got her home - better than when I left her. ? “Kevin watched our rambunctious corgi, Milo, for 2 weeks while we were on vacation. This was the longest we’ve left Milo with anyone so we were a bit anxious and wanted to make sure he was well taken care of. Our initial reach out and meet-n-greet with Kevin really put our minds at ease. He asked us a bunch of questions about Milo, his schedule, his likes/dislikes, etc! The detail of his questions assured us that he knew what he was doing and was very experienced with dogs. We received multiple updates and photos each day - all extremely detailed and included updates about what Milo did that day and his poopdates (which we really appreciated haha). We should also note that Kevin and his girlfriend sent some of the best photos ever taken of Milo! They made him look like one of those infloofencer dogs instead of his derpy self. We absolutely loved receiving these photos each day during our vacation since it showed that Milo was also having the time of his life. We will 10000% rebook with Kevin and his girlfriend. They took such great care of Milo and gave him all the love/cuddles while we were away. Thanks again!!!”
