“My husband and I each have known Shayna for over 15 years. I am a very high maintenance dog owner and worse cat owner. We have 2 dogs and a cat and none of them have ever spent the night in a kennel or boarding business. This January we were required to be out of state for close to 2 weeks. I stressed and made calls fearing that a kennel would be our only option. When Suddenly we found out that Shayna was making a pivot in their career goals. They had been training on grooming and were looking for dog sitting opportunities. I immediately felt the weight of the world lift off my shoulders and contacted Shayna right away, praying they had availability for our dates. They did!! The professionalism and care right from the start of the interaction was amazing and really set all my stress at ease. Despite living just under an hour away, Shayna came up for a tour and discussion of what the pets would need while we were gone. Without hesitation we handed Shayna a key to our house, a letter giving them authority to get medical care if needed, and we left on our trip without a worry. I worry a lot about a lot, but not this. The peace of mind that the animals were in great care really allowed me to focus on the trip. Shayna took excellent care of all 3 pets. Sent us updates and photos. Our pets loved Shayna!! Shayna even was able to help us in many other ways during our trip. (Fixed the garage, organized the basement , caught us up on laundry) You see we trust Shayna so much that we said before we left, if they could help with anything, we would appreciate it. So not only do we trust the care of all 3 of our precious pets to Shayna, we trust Shayna with our home as well. 5+ stars, highly recommend!!!!!”
