He usually hides for most people but she made him feel comfortable enough to be near her from room to room and even to come out and play! She sent lots of great pics, was punctual and communicative throughout. Also, my place was cleaner than I left it as I came back. I will definitely book her again. 😄”

“Lauren stayed at my place and looked after my pup Butter while I was out of town. She sent regular updates with photos and video, answered my questions, and made sure Butter was as happy as can be. He’s a senior dog with one eye, but Tara lets him guide the walk and is very gentle with him. She’s my go-to caregiver for Winston when I have to travel and she always does a wonderful job!”

She watched my dog in my home for me during the day as my pup is struggling with some separation anxiety that I am working on slowly desensitizing. I needed to be out of the house for a long period of time and needed someone trusting and caring to stay with her. Tracey responded to my request quickly and was very communicative. She patiently answered my anxious-new-dog-mom check-in questions throughout the day, and took the time to send me photos and video. I was worried about leaving her for the first time and Tracey made me feel calm and secure that she was in good hands. She was my first dog sitter overall, and a great first experience booking her through the Rover app. On June 28, I woke up with immense anxiety about returning to work after my baby Londyn had spay surgery on June 26, and my friend in town was leaving. Meaning I had no one to look after my little girl. After reviewing her profile, I sent my request to Nateesha and received a prompt response with clear communication. Nateesha was on board within 30 minutes or less. She was extremely respectful of my home, followed the requested walk schedule, and even administered pain meds the second day. I also need to remember the continuous updates and photos I asked for. Nateesha helped me put my little girl in her surgery guard onesie before her departure. I 10/10 recommend her to care after your babies and look forward to booking her again. She's a 5-star sitter.”

“Sally did an amazing job watching Nala from our home. We hired her for 6 days to watch Nala while we were out of town. During this time we received frequent updates and daily recaps of Nala’s day which was reassuring and quelled any worries I had leaving Nala for the first time. We even were able to do a Facetime session and occasionally checked pet cam to send Nala treats. Our home was exactly how we left it, and Nala had even grown attached to Sally during her stay. We would love to use Sally again in the future, and would highly recommend her to other pet parents.”

Johan had the patience and experience necessary to care for our dog’s special needs like administering daily medication and taking him out frequently. We used to be nervous about traveling without Beans, but now we can go away and have the peace of mind that Beans is well cared for with Johan.”

“Oswald has been walking my Malachy for 6+ yrs. Malachy has always dealt with excitement which would sometimes seem as aggression. And was always difficult for him to socialize with other dogs. But Oswald has helped so much with this to the point where Malachy can now walk with other dogs and has friends now. Oswald is well educated in dog psychology and is experienced working in animal hospitals so he knows if there is something wrong with my baby. He loves my dog, is always there for him. Takes him to the vet. He feeds him and makes sure he is taken care of. He walks him and is much more calmer on his walk. Malachy is a little older now so he does his best to clean certain areas that I can't clean. He has helped me around the house. Me and Oswald have become such good friends and I have met his family and friends who visit as well. He is well known by the rest of my family. Oswald has also done certain things for me which come from his love for us as it is difficult for me to do some things. He makes sure to notify me regarding Malachy and keeps communication a priority. We are very happy we have come to know him, I wouldn't change a thing, Malachy and I hold him very dearly to our heart.”
