1. Alison W.

“Alison did a great job caring for our high need 12 year old German Shepherd at our house for a weekend. As our shepherd is getting older, her health needs are greatly increasing and we are always nervous when someone new watches her. Alison did a great job of easing those nerves. Alison was sweet and loving to her as she clean up accidents, changed out her diaper, gave her medication. She also did a great job communicating about any issues and providing photo and video updates.”

2. Meghan C.

“Meghan did an excellent job with our three puppies. She came to our house twice before staying with the dogs to get to know them and familiarize herself with the house and their routines. She sent us pictures and checked in daily and we returned to a very clean home. The dogs were so at ease and happy so we knew they enjoyed their time with her. You can trust she will be very responsible and responsive. We highly recommend Meghan!”

3. Renae D.

“We are always completely at ease having Renae care for Olive. Renae seems to genuinely love spending time with our pup and takes excellent care of her, as well as our home. It is a pleasure to have someone like Renae that we can count on when we need to be out of town!”

4. Isabelle d.

“Isabelle came over on short notice for meet and greet. I just put one of my dogs down, and another was sick. She gave meds and took care of carrying my dog in and out of the house. I have an active puppy and she managed her well. The house was just as I left it. I appreciate the great care she gave my dogs.”

5. andria e.

“Andria stayed at our house to watch our dog while we were away! She was great and I’m so happy we found her. She went above and beyond to make sure our dog was well taken care of. She even took him on a little outing. Will definitely be using her in the future.”

7. Megan E.

“Megan took such great care of our frenchie over the wknd. The night before she came, he got sick. Megan was flexible and in communication as we worked through it. She watched over him well as he recovered, sending lots of updates and was not hesitant to ask questions while she cared for him. I will definitely use Megan again!”

8. Suzie S.
“Suzie hosted our pair of dachshunds in her home while we were on a weeklong vacation. Anyone who has owned a dachshund knows they are not very good with changes in routine, and boarding them is typically a nightmare. But when they came home from Suzie’s house they were happy and relaxed - a really great experience, we would recommend Suzie 💯.”

They were incredibly caring and attentive to my pup’s needs, and provided regular updates/pics of her time with them, which gave me great peace of mind. 19. Julia Z.
About: Hi! My name is Julia Zarow. I’m a 23 year old recent graduate from Illinois State University. I majored in sociology with a minor in psychology. I grew up around tons of animals, my grandparents raised me, and always believed in rescuing. For a few years, we had three dogs and three cats in my house. Because of my love for animals, I spent around a year and a half working at a doggy daycare in Deer Park, Illinois. I left the job because I was moving away from school. For a time, I wanted to major in veterinary science, but I knew that working around and environment, where animals would be in pain, or where I would possibly have to be assisting in euthanasia would cause me to be in tears every day. I have accepted my fate as a pet owner instead. I also did spend about three years volunteering for Forever Fortunate Felines, a cat rescue organization in the Chicago area. I am still close friends with the volunteer coordinator, Lisa Wicker, and can provide her as a reference! As far as special-needs, I have ample experience with dogs with orthopedic issues. My childhood dog, Leo was diagnosed with IVDD last summer. He became paralyzed overnight, and had to have emergency surgery because of herniations on his discs in his back. every time I’ve been home from school, I’ve provided care for him, as well as housing him at my house during full-time university hours, when my grandmother had surgery, and was unable to care for him. There is so much more I can add to this and I hope you will reach out! I am looking for a full time job with my degree currently, so this is something I would like to do on the side, and my hours will depend largely on what happens when i’m hired. Will update accordingly! We have many cats (my 2 kitties, my boyfriends cat, and my other roommates 2 cats) in the house, as well as my other roommates small chihuahua. Because of this, most of my care will be offered in your home instead of my own.

20. Jacey G.
“Jacey loves animals and is very sweet with them. She has taken care of my cat plenty of times and my cat adores her! Jacey is very kind, reliable, and hardworking and I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter.”
