About: I have experience with all dogs from senior Chihuahuas, sassy pitbulls, and super energetic doodles. I would love to sit and chill, or run around and get some zoomies out. Have experience with post surgical care and rehabilitation. I'm a Senior at Normal West but would love to get to know/meet your pet on the weekends any time, or after school/practice (timing depends on season but typically after 4) No other pets currently live in my home which is typically quite. Have lots of area to walk around in backyard, but backyard is not fenced in.

About: I do have a cat of my own and a bunny and always dog sit my family dog Capone he’s about two and an half years old! And a pitbull mix, I do have references! I can start in August mostly around 3pm until whenever! I’m very flexible with time and dog sitting or cat sitting I can do Mondays-Fridays! I always take care of my cat and bunny in the mornings and always give them my time attention after work and make sure they have fresh water and entertainment and treats!

About: I have had the privilege of taking care of dogs since I was around the age of 13. I had repeatedly watched the same dogs in high school and even had my own dogs that I got to help train and take care of. I have a lot of experience with puppies, adult, and senior dogs and a variety of different breeds. I currently watch two golden retrievers occasionally and they are 5 and 8. They sometimes need medicine for itchiness and joint issues, which I have had the responsibility of administering those medicines to them. I have been around dogs my whole life and truly enjoy spending time with them, playing with them, and walking them. I currently work part time and normally have every Monday (all day), Wednesday (all day), and Tuesday afternoon off. I work most of the actual day on weekends (10-4:30), but before and after those hours I am entirely free. The place I work at closes at 4 every day so I am free pretty much every evening/night. Aside from that, I have a very flexible schedule that comes out week to week, so it is fairly simple to adjust my schedule and take time off as needed. Unfortunately, I will not be able to care for pets in my own space as I live in apartment with strict rules for pets. That being said, if I would need to keep the pet with me for a few hours, I have a decent amount of open area around my complex that I would be able to bring a dog to.

About: I have my own cat but dog and cat sit for for friends/family often - including my sister’s doodle for 6 weeks when he was a puppy! I work full-time and enjoy working out in the evenings but can let pets out for potty breaks throughout the day depending on my work schedule. I prefer to care for pets in the client’s home, since my own cat is very territorial - he is not a fan of other animals.

About: I have walked my dog and other peoples dogs for the past 20 years. I enjoy walking as I myself am a pretty active person. I am always willing to do long visits and or short quick visits as long as I am available. I was a dog owner for 18 ish years and miss my dog every day. I know how much the family pet means to family! I work mostly early mornings to the afternoon. I mostly work from home, so can do prompt visits and or long visit. I am open for weekend long visits as long as I am in town and available. I make sure all pets are given the care every step of the way. I Keep them on schedule as I know what it means to a dog. I know how much dogs mean to family members. I am caring and considerate person to everyone.. especially to our furry friends.

About: I have a remote job with a very flexible, relaxed schedule. Until recently, I’ve never known a household without pets. I love all animals—and yes, that includes reptiles! I have volunteered at various animal shelters since high school. I worked at a cat cafe for a few years when I lived in another city. I adopted my soul dog in 2015, and he unfortunately passed in October 2024. I cannot have another pet right now, but I have found my life is a bit empty without the love only a friend with paws can provide. I promise to love your pet like they are my own, and follow your care instructions to the letter! I work full-time at home with a flexible and relaxed schedule, so I will be able to accommodate any care needs, including frequent potty breaks. I am very affectionate and have a lot of love to give your baby. I love snuggles, so pets are allowed (encouraged, really!) to be on all furniture at all times. I have previously owned pets who would run out the door if given the tiniest chance, so I am very careful regarding safety, particularly when entering and leaving the home. I am tidy and make sure to “pet-proof” the home as much as possible before leaving. I will follow all of your instructions to the letter to make sure your pet is as healthy and happy as possible.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and I’ve grown up caring for a wide variety of pets. My dog Sadie joined our family when I was 9, and I cared for her throughout her life until she passed at age 14. Because of that experience, I’m comfortable caring for elderly dogs as well as younger, more energetic pets. I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter, gaining experience with dogs of all temperaments — including those that may be shy, fearful, or require extra patience. I enjoy working with animals that need special care, and I’m confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for them. I grew up around different dogs and spent time on farms, so I’m comfortable with a variety of animals. I love making new furry friends and, of course, treats are always welcome! My goal is to provide each pet with care, attention, and companionship while their owners are away. I currently have an open schedule and attend Illinois Central College, where most of my courses are online. This flexibility allows me to accommodate pets’ needs and provide consistent care throughout the day. I ensure that all pets I care for are safe, well-fed, and comfortable. For trained dogs that enjoy being off-leash, I use treats and positive reinforcement to call them back while keeping them in sight at all times. Fresh water is always available, and meals are given according to the pet’s routine. I enjoy spending time with animals through walks, trips to the dog park, or interactive play with their toys, providing both exercise and companionship. My goal is always to build trust and create a positive, caring environment for each pet.

About: i have taken care of several breeds of dogs from the bichon’s to mastiffs! I have a beagle/shar pei mix who is 12 years old and a pit bull who is 2. We have 4 cats and I am an animal lover through and through! i am a stay at home mom of 2 and so my availability is open typically very flexible!. Up until now I have done this strictly in after work/school hours, but now have much more availability and hope to be able to branch out to more families! I will always respect the home of my client and their animals. We will go over any wants and needs and you don’t have to worry about anything else while you are gone! I am a Rover user myself and understand how important it is to feel stress free and in good hands when you are gone.
