About: My husband and I are HUGE animal lovers! We have both grown up with many animals and have many years of experience caring for our pets. We will take care of your fur babies like they are our own. No dog is too big or too small for us. We are home most weekends and will have plenty of time to take care of your pets while you are away. We will give many bathroom breaks and make sure they have plenty of outside play time. Our house is very dog friendly! We have a fenced in yard that your babies can play in. We also have a sweet dog who loves to run and play with all other animals. Our dog is diabetic so we have experience with giving injected medications if needed

About: I have had pets all my life ranging from dogs, cats, chicken, rabbits, and hamsters. I recently lost my 11 year old schnauzer, Zeus, to metastatic lung cancer which has created a void in my life. My 10 year old miniature schnauzer, Athena, is doing quite well being an only dog. I know all too well how difficult it can be to find someone to take care of beloved pets the way you want them to be taken care of in your home. Being a Rover drop-in pet caregiver gives me the opportunity to help those like me on the occasion when care is needed. I’m currently a full-time registered nurse. I’m available for 30 minutes drop-ins from 7:00 or 7:30 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m. during weekdays and open all day on weekends. My Athena is an indoor dog who loves going outside in her doggy specific area of the backyard sunning or watching for lizards or squirrels. She gets walked about a mile twice daily. When my Zeus was living, he needed medications administered throughout the day. Being a registered nurse gives me knowledge and understanding about many of the medications he was taking and how to administer them.
