“Pam was great, I was able to book same day and Lynx didn't have one bad thing to say about his visit! Thank you, I will definitely be seeking your help again in the future :)”

“Hope did a great job sending pics and videos of my dog to keep me updated with how things were going. She took him on a walk and played with him the snowy weather as well!”

“Emma was great with our pets and paid close attention to all the details. We have a dog with epilepsy and needs meds twice a day and Emma handled this responsibility well. Overall, this was a positive experience.”

“We are so glad to have found Kelly! Our dog is anxious and dog-reactive and is very sensitive with handling/petting, so we have to be very careful about choosing people who can take care of him, but Kelly has a lot of prior knowledge & experience with fearful, anxious, and reactive dogs, and she has been wonderful! She goes above and beyond and does such a great job. We feel totally comfortable with her housesitting when watching our dog. Totally recommend her to anyone!”

“Brianna is amazing! Very sweet person! She took lots of pictures of my babies and wrote about the time she spent with them for each day. I came home and the babies looked great, food and water in their bowls. I hate leaving them for any reason and I felt safe leaving them in Brianna's care. Don't hesitate to book this amazing woman! Thank you so much Brianna!!!! When we came home I felt like Mac was pissed that it wasn't you walking in for playtime lol”

“Alise was SO attentive to my two pups while I was away. She sent ample pictures and videos, which showed how happy they were, she asked questions when necessary and was punctual with her drop ins. I would 100% recommend Alise to anyone with animals. The peace of mind she offers us priceless.”

“My cat enjoyed his visits with McKenna! She provided updates for each drop in visit with pictures and was flexible for picking up and dropping off the key. I know my cat was well taken care of!”

About: Hi! My name is Kasey and I’ve been an animal lover my whole life. I grew up with cats and one dog and have tons of experience with pet care. I have a senior cat of my own, who is my best friend and the sweetest boy 💕 I’ve pet sat here on Rover and for many of my friends and family members, including overnight stays and giving medication. I hope to meet you and your furry friends! I work completely remotely and have an open schedule for pet sitting. I’m typically available to walk dogs during lunch time and after 5 pm. I’m happy to follow any house rules while pet sitting and will be very respectful of your space and pet’s safety. Unfortunately I cannot board pets at my own apartment. I have a cat of my own and want to avoid stressing him out by introducing other animals.

“This was the first time using Rover and hiring someone I didn’t know to check-in on my dog while I was out-of-town for the day. I was nervous, but Jamie was great! He was (thankfully) available on short notice, he was very responsive, and he sent me pictures of Jojo, which helped reassure me. I would definitely hire him again! Thanks, Jamie!”

“Maria was absolutely fantastic! She took care of our two kitties (one diabetic and needing insulin twice a day and the other chronically terrified of strangers). She was in touch regarding clarification on the medicine - which was very much appreciated - and gave us updates throughout her visits including that our little scared cat actually accepted pets from her on the last day (we were shocked and thrilled!). We look forward to using Maria's services again in the future.”

About: I'm an owner of a kitty. I've watched other people's pets ever since I can remember. I'm relied on as a good pet sitter, always wanting the best for your pets. Plus I'm a lover of giving treats and good pets I've recently moved down to Saline MI from Marquette MI. I've also recently secured a job as a HHA. I visit my clients daily, but only for 3 hrs at a time. I usually work 8am-11am (I don't work this shift often), and 4pm-7pm. I'm definitely able to watch, walk, and snuggle your pet around my work. Usually only working 3hrs a day leaves me lots of time to visit or stay with your pet! Like I said, I'm a lover of good pets and giving treats. My kitty is quite the diva, and super spoiled. I believe every pet deserves the best care, and I'm here for them when you can't be!

About: Hi there! I’m a passionate animal lover who is excited to offer professional and loving pet-sitting services. I have a natural connection with animals and enjoy providing them with the care and attention they deserve while their owners are away. I’ve been taking care of animals ever since I can remember. From volunteering at the Huron Valley Humane Society to being offered a job at a highly rated dog boarding place, people’s trust in me to care for animals has never wavered. Most recently, I cared for and trained my now 11 month old lab from 8 weeks of age. She truly is such a gentle soul and I promise to care for your fur babies like they are my own. I have taken care of dogs and cats of all ages and different needs. I’ve had multiple dogs in the puppies stage, given daily oral medications to dogs for seizures and anxiety, and handled varying temperaments. I also make sure to tailor my care to meet each dog’s specific needs. Whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I’m here to make sure your dog feels comfortable, happy, and safe. I’ll follow any routines you’ve established, whether it’s feeding times, bathroom breaks, or specific instructions for their care. I would love the opportunity to meet your pet, learn more about their personality, and provide the best care possible while you’re away. I promise to treat your pet with the same love and respect I would give my own! I’m currently a part time college student who has weekday availability to meet your needs. My current schedule provides a lot of flexibility and therefore can give me more time to care for your pets. For drop-in visits, if 3 visits a day are needed, the rate will be 1.5x the base rate. This is due to more driving time, gas, and less flexibility with my own schedule throughout the day. Thank you for understanding I am no stranger to caring for animals with ongoing medical needs and currently have one dog who has an extensive treatment plan of her own. I’m here to fit your pets needs and want to provide the same level of care they receive on a daily basis. They truly are part of the family!

About: With years of experience caring for our own dogs, I treat every pet like family. I'm patient, attentive, and comfortable with puppies, seniors, and special needs. As a recent graduate with a flexible schedule, I have plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. Your pet will get my full attention every day. I prioritize each pet’s safety and comfort by creating a calm, clean, and secure environment. Whether in my home or yours, I follow routines closely, provide plenty of supervision, and ensure pets always feel safe, loved, and stress-free.

About: I have had a pet in every single place I’ve lived since I was born, and once I was able to help I started taking care of my family’s dogs. I have also volunteered at an animal shelter where I fed, worked on socializing the fur babies, walked, and cuddled all of the pets just waiting to be adopted. And, my boyfriend recently adopted a dog who we have been adapting to taking care of 24/7. Here name is Hinata, and she was a stray but it’s been awesome to learn more about how to get dogs comfortable in a new place with her! I am currently a full time college student about to graduate in December! I DoorDash to make money since it’s so flexible with my school schedule but when I found Rover I realized I could also take care of some pets as I have lots of free time throughout the day, just not enough for a full time job yet :) I take care of my roommates pets by helping feed and clean up after them, and of course playing with them daily (they are two cats). But when it comes to your pets, I would be able to come to your residence and let the animals out, feed them, any medications they need, etc. I work at a middle school which leaves me open fully during the summer and anytime after 3:30 during the school year! This leaves me plenty of time to help you out with your pets! How I care for your pets with be based on any instructions you give me as well as my own knowledge of pet care. This includes everything from washing/refilling bowls, administering medications, feeding, playing for enrichment, etc.

“I should preface this with I am very picky…Amanda is the absolute best sitter! She took such good care of my recently rescued cat, went above and beyond and was highly communicative. She administered medication and was super flexible. When I got home my house was exactly as I left it. But most of all she is very caring! It is such a relief to have found such a trusting and kind person to care for my cat.”

Quick responses, wonderfully reliable, on time every day and even did more than asked. She swept the litter and cleaned up cat sick even when it happened just as she was leaving and I would have never known. I felt very comfortable that the cats were well taken care of while we were gone!
