About: Pets (and their people!) can sense my reliability, warmth, and attention to detail right away. I think it's because I'm a natural "pet magnet" - peaceful & present with animals of all kinds. I never cut corners when it comes to pet care or comfort. Whether it's extra snuggles, sticking to a precise routine, or noticing small changes in behavior, I bring a watchful eye and a caring heart to every visit. At home, I have hands-on experience with a variety of dogs. From energetic puppies to gentle seniors, from toy breeds to large companions. I’ve also cared for cats, fish, and birds for years, so you can call on me for a wide range of companion animal needs. The safety, happiness, and well-being of your pets are my top priorities. I am ever-mindful of how much they mean to you, and that informs the care I provide. I have lots of flexibility with scheduling at this time. Just as long as another owner hasn't booked me already, I am available seven days a week. I will follow your instructions for how you keep your pets in your home. Feeding routines, potty routines, play-time and walks, whether or not they're allowed on furniture - you call the shots!

About: Over the past 35 years, we've had three dogs who lived to 13, 14 and 15 years. We are very familiar with older dogs as well as young dogs and enjoy playing with dogs. After the loss of our last dog, Lucy, we decided to take a break from having another dog as we were empty nesters. We love dogs and were encouraged by our grown children to try Rover. We live on a quiet street near the York Harbor Beach and our house is far from the road with woods all around us. I am a regular daily walker and would love to have a dog to walk with me on occasion. I am familiar with the regulations on leashes, beach hours and waste bags. We are generally home on the days we accept pet sitting to take care of any visiting dogs. We became pet sitters because we enjoy hanging out with dogs. We have a large backyard surrounded by woods far from roads as well as a home that is dog friendly. We live about 2/3 mile from a quiet beach and it is a perfect walk for most dogs.

As a traveling nurse, I’m detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable following specific care instructions to keep your pet safe and happy. While my current lifestyle doesn’t allow me to adopt a new pet of my own, I genuinely miss having animals around and love spending my free time providing attentive, compassionate care. About: I have had a variety of animals all my life and currently have a cat and dog! I’m a fast walker, and used to dogs that pull on the leash. I am currently a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time throughout the day to care for animals. I am a very outdoorsy person, so we are always outside with our hound, Pippin. I have a small fenced in yard, a young playful dog with LOADS of energy, and a convenient walking trail seconds from my back door!

Volunteer work with B.A.R.K, S.P.C.A, as well as experience working as a kennel assistant at Holiday Barn Pet Resort. Why I love dog sitting? I've always gravitated towards animals; I was that kid who brought home any animal that crossed my path, feeding strays, foresting. Growing up in a home where the pet to human ratio always favored pets, pet sitting is second nature to me. My experience administering medication I've done my fair share of administering medication to all sorts of animals. I am able to administer oral, injections, topical ointments, as well as suppositories. I currently work a dual remote position at NHPBS and have the flexibility to work from home which allows me ample time to provide the attention and care your pet requires. I’ll be an extension of your home and care. The goal is to provide a safe environment where your pet feels loved and has an enjoyable stay until your return.

About: I’ve grown up with a dog by my side my whole life. I’ve also taken care of dogs for friends and family and been relied on to walk, feed, and check in on them. I’m currently working a part time job so I will still have time to watch dogs. My schedule changes on a weekly basis but if we coordinate all will be good. I’ve been around all different types of dogs: shy, playful, big, small. My house is very dog friendly. I am used to walking multiple dogs.

About: Ive worked at multiple dog daycares in around the U.S. including CA, GA, NH, and MA. Im used to watching groups up to 30 while playing and monitoring pet behaviors. I enjoy walking for miles and prefer walking over gas guzzeling. Ive grown up with my own dogs and had great times with them while they were here. I miss them dearly but im thankful i had them because now i know what direction id like to go in life and which friends i work best with. I enjoy cats as well and really just enjoy a calm meowllow mood when supervising a feline friend. I like to do treat training when and if necessary and i enjoy doing my best to make sure a dog feels loved and attended to while the pet owner is away. At the moment i am working with dogs in boston on weekends until monday mornings, but Tuesday thru friday mornings or early afternoons im available. All walks will be done on leash. I do not allow for random encounters with strangers or other dogs without the pet parents consent. I tend to walk the local preferred paths.
