“I was quite skeptical about hiring a pet sitter coming into my house while I’m on vacation. Normally my brother would come, but he wasn’t available. About: Growing up, I've always had animals in the house. Cats, dogs, fish, guinea pigs, bearded dragons— you name it. I've done pet setting during high school, and now that I'm going to college soon, I'd love to help take care of people's pets again! I have the most experience working with cats and dogs, as I have 4 cats and recently had an elder dog for many years. I've volunteered at the humane society for fostering, so I can take care of kittens as well if needed. I have a very open schedule since I just recently graduated. I'm available to come over and check on pets between 9am-9pm any day of the week. I have open availability for house sitting as well, but for more info please feel free to contact me! I always make sure the pets are healthy and happy whenever I see them. I can clean up any messes or accidents they may have made, and I can give medicine in their food or orally. If your pet is a little skittish at first, it's not a problem! I'll let them come to me at their own pace so they won't get scared, and I'll be sure to offer plenty of treats as well.

About: I grew up with many pets so I’m very comfortable around animals! I’ve been pet sitting for many years, it was actually my first job over a decade ago! I recently moved up to St. Augustine so I’m branching out! I’m currently working part time in the wedding industry! I love my job but where I live doesn’t allow pets and I miss being around animals! I love going for walks (long or short, filled with sniffs and adventure or simple bathroom trips) and taking trips to nearby Lanier Dog Park, so your dog can get the right amount of exercise and outdoor time depending on its personality and the weather or season. I know that when you are away from your pet it can be quite anxiety inducing so I'm happy to provide frequent photo or video updates to keep you in the loop on all the fun we're having! I promise your dog will get tons of love and attention while in my care!! My wife and I both work from home doing pet care full time. Your pets will get 100% of the attention they need and deserve during a stay at our home. I have a small, fenced in yard for bathroom breaks in between longer walks. I’m able to crate your dog if needed but also fine allowing them to sleep on a sofa/dog bed/my bed if that’s what they’re used to.

About: I love dogs. I have my own chihuahua & cat. I help watch my friends dog who is recently disabled. I make sure they have plenty of love. I’m currently not working so my schedule is open. I’m home right now so i’m looking for a job like this where I can be of help. I care for my pets and my friends pets daily. My cat has feline idiopathic cystitis and is prone to blockages due to stress and separation anxiety so it was very important to have a caring pet sitter to spend time with him and give him his medication while I was out of town. Amber was so great about keeping me updated with his litter and letting me know everyday if he had peed. It eased so much of my anxiety and I know my cats too. She also sent lots of pictures of my sweet boy while I was gone looking happy and healthy. Will definitely be booking her again next time I go out of town.”
