“Christine is kind and attentive towards animals. My cat doesn't warm up to people regularly, but eventually did. It was also nice to have photo updates sent every visit.”

About: Hello! My name is Sonia and I am excited to make myself available to your families. I have been taking care of animals for many many years and mostly for free because I loved doing it. Please consider giving me an opportunity to love on your babies. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed with my services. I have picked Rover because I feel it is a great site to work with and easy on both of our ends to communicate with each other. Have a wonderful day and I pray you find the right person for you. I have lots of time to care for and play with your babies. I feel well equipped with all of my experience and my love for helping others in times of need. About: Hello! I'm Molly and I'd be honored to care for your four-legged family members! I've taken care of pups for 25+ years. Caring for dogs/cats of all sizes, breeds and behaviors is my true love and passion. I am a fun-loving, experienced professional, and will love your four-legged family member as if they are my own. I provide service to St. Johns & Flagler county pet families 7 days a week. My schedule is flexible to accommodate and ensure your sweet baby receives the personal attention he/she deserves. I believe every individual pet is unique and special. I follow the lead of what each pet parent wants for their sweet fur-baby. Older or more seniors dogs may need some company, cuddles and a short walk. Young active pups may need long walks in their neighborhood or local park. I think what matters most is trust -and that your pet feels safe, happy, and loved until you get home.

“I was quite skeptical about hiring a pet sitter coming into my house while I’m on vacation. Normally my brother would come, but he wasn’t available. I came across the Rover app and decided to see what it was all about. I filled out what I needed for my pet and had responses in a short period of time. I set up a meet and greet with William and felt like he would work out. When he came for the meeting I seen the interaction he had and decided to book him. Still a bit hesitant I had no other choice and said either I would have to trust and feel comfortable with William or cancel my trip. I dropped off the keys to him the day before and went on my trip. I received updates on his arrival/departure times and pictures of my Colbie throughout my trip. I felt relieved that I could enjoy my vacation. I really appreciate William and won’t hesitate to use Rover in the future. I can make plans knowing that Rover has people who are genuinely caring towards your pet.”

“Very few folks warm up to my cat. My cat greeted Dina instantly. And when I came home, my cat was not nervous and jumpy like she is when I am ordinarily on an extended trip. Dina did a great job and coincidentally, I found out she is also my dog daughter’s dog sitter. She sent a sweet little pictures of Maybelline and finally got Maybelline to sit on her lap by the time her visit was over.”

“Gillian is wonderful. I have used Gillian services 2x’s to drop in for my cat. Although my cat can never be found because he is so afraid of humans. Gillian drops in to give him some wet food & to make sure he is eating & drinking. I would definitely have Gillian look after my cat again.”

About: Growing up, I've always had animals in the house. Cats, dogs, fish, guinea pigs, bearded dragons— you name it. I've done pet setting during high school, and now that I'm going to college soon, I'd love to help take care of people's pets again! I have the most experience working with cats and dogs, as I have 4 cats and recently had an elder dog for many years. I've volunteered at the humane society for fostering, so I can take care of kittens as well if needed. I have a very open schedule since I just recently graduated. I'm available to come over and check on pets between 9am-9pm any day of the week. I have open availability for house sitting as well, but for more info please feel free to contact me! I always make sure the pets are healthy and happy whenever I see them. I can clean up any messes or accidents they may have made, and I can give medicine in their food or orally. If your pet is a little skittish at first, it's not a problem! I'll let them come to me at their own pace so they won't get scared, and I'll be sure to offer plenty of treats as well.

“First time using Kara she was awesome I was in a pinch and in need of some help taking care of the fur babies today. Requested an appointment this morning for a drop in she got right back to me. She did exactly what the boys needed and also took a lot of pictures! Definitely recommend her!”

About: Aloha! I'm a lifelong animal lover from Hawaii, now offering grounded, heart-led care here in Florida. I've had pets since I was 7 (I'm 32 now) and have cared for everything from kittens and rescues to senior dogs and high-energy pups. My current companion is Bradda Boy — a 9-year-old black lab with a heart of gold. I rescued him at 16 weeks from a tough situation, and we've been inseparable ever since. He’s incredibly well-trained, loves kids and cats, and gently welcomes new friends wherever we go. Beyond my own animals, I've helped care for the fur babies of friends, family, and neighbors for years. Whether I’m house sitting, walking, or just dropping by for a check-in, your pets will be treated like the beloved family members they are — with playtime, walks, couch snuggles, and respectful attention to their needs and routines. Caring for animals is already part of my everyday life. I’m with my dog Bradda nearly 24/7, so walks, potty breaks, outdoor play, and snuggle time are naturally built into my daily rhythm. I structure my schedule around the needs of the fur babies in my care, making sure they get plenty of attention, calm companionship, and personalized care. Whether it’s house sitting, daily walks or drop-ins, I stay fully present and treat each fur baby like they’re my own. When I care for your fur babies in your home, I treat your home with the same respect and presence I would my own. I follow all routines as closely as possible — from feeding schedules to potty breaks, medications, walks, and snuggle time. I keep things clean, quiet, and low-stress for your babies while you're away. I travel with my own senior dog, Bradda, who is extremely well-trained and calm. He stays by my side and has been raised to be respectful in other people’s homes. I never leave pets unsupervised for long, and I always check in if anything seems out of the ordinary. My goal is to make sure you and your babies feel safe, and relaxed until you're home again.

About: I grew up with many pets so I’m very comfortable around animals! I’ve been pet sitting for many years, it was actually my first job over a decade ago! I recently moved up to St. Augustine so I’m branching out! I’m currently working part time in the wedding industry! I love my job but where I live doesn’t allow pets and I miss being around animals! I’m free Mon-Wed and most Saturday mornings. Currently I’m not able to have pets stay where I live but I’m more than happy to go to where ever pets who need me are! I think in general I’m very patient and loving. I love to play with pets, get all that energy out. I’m pretty active and an outdoorsy person so any time outdoors is a plus!

About: I have been a dog owner, professional dog care provider, and frequent volunteer at animal shelters for the last 3 years. Dogs provide me with endless joy and entertainment and I make it my mission to make them feel as comfortable, loved, and supported as possible when I'm with them. I live with my fiancé, who has been working professionally with dogs and numerous other animals for 8 years, so you can rest assured that your dogs will receive exceptional care during their time with us. I love going for walks (long or short, filled with sniffs and adventure or simple bathroom trips) and taking trips to nearby Lanier Dog Park, so your dog can get the right amount of exercise and outdoor time depending on its personality and the weather or season. I know that when you are away from your pet it can be quite anxiety inducing so I'm happy to provide frequent photo or video updates to keep you in the loop on all the fun we're having! I promise your dog will get tons of love and attention while in my care!! My wife and I both work from home doing pet care full time. Your pets will get 100% of the attention they need and deserve during a stay at our home. I have a small, fenced in yard for bathroom breaks in between longer walks. I’m able to crate your dog if needed but also fine allowing them to sleep on a sofa/dog bed/my bed if that’s what they’re used to.

About: I love dogs. I have my own chihuahua & cat. I help watch my friends dog who is recently disabled. I make sure they have plenty of love. I’m currently not working so my schedule is open. I am available weekday evenings and nights to check on pets, feed them and walk them or let them out. I am flexible most weekends. Your pet will be very important to me. I will look after him or her just like I would my own pet and make them feel loved.

“Amber was so fantastic. My cat has feline idiopathic cystitis and is prone to blockages due to stress and separation anxiety so it was very important to have a caring pet sitter to spend time with him and give him his medication while I was out of town. Amber was so great about keeping me updated with his litter and letting me know everyday if he had peed. It eased so much of my anxiety and I know my cats too. She also sent lots of pictures of my sweet boy while I was gone looking happy and healthy. Will definitely be booking her again next time I go out of town.”

“Leon stays with our cats and dog in our home when we travel. He does a wonderful job with their complicated feeding and medication schedule. Leon keeps in touch with us letting us know how all the pets are doing each day. One trip there was a terrible storm with tornado warnings and Leon kept them in a safe location and checked-in frequently. We feel confident he can handle anything that may come up, and our pets adore him.”

hayley C.
“I have known Hayley and her dog Bradda for over 8 years and I am still amazed at the level of love, care, and attention that lucky dog recieves. Not only has she self trained him to be a service animal, but she notices EVERYTHING about him. New scrapes, bald spots, lethargy, any and all and she gets it handled. Funny enough Bradda has better health insurance then I do! She has him very well trained and he is just a well rounded animal. She also devotes this level of care to others animals, always making sure they feel included and get along. I know she would go above and beyond for any and all animals! Rover needs her.”
