About: Former teacher/school counselor who excels at attention to detail, reliability, kindness, and calmness. Your pet(s) will be very well looked after and every instruction will be followed. I am fortunate to have been able to retire early, so I have lots of energy, flexibility, and availability. I have had dogs and cats in my life since I was a little girl. I have been sharing my passion for pets by walking and socializing all kinds of dogs (previously at the SPCA near my former home and currently at the Hamilton Shelter). Rest easy… I have completed the American Red Cross Cat and Dog First Aid training. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I am a "young" retiree, so I have total flexibility and lots of availability to meet your needs. Please see my availability calendar to view my availability. I am able to do drop-in visits only (my own family and dog have special needs). You know your pet, their needs, and what makes them wag or purr, and I am happy to continue your routines.

“Karren was so attentive and amazing to my cat! She made sure that she was safe and comfortable and provided a safe space for Luna to go too when she was stressed! She also introduced her to kittens which really let me know that I could get another cat if I wanted too.”

“This was my first time using Rover and I couldn’t have been happier with Bri! I knew from my initial contact with her that my cat was going to be in great hands while I was away. Bri was so sweet, reliable, and patient with my cat who was shy at first!”

“Elias and family took our cat into their home over the holidays. We could not be more thrilled to have found a great home for our cat while we were away. I got to meet Elias and his family and right away I felt at ease leaving our cat with them. Elias kept me updated with pictures throughout her stay. We contacted Elias on short notice in the night and he responded instantly. He and his family were very accommodating and loving to our cat. No doubt, we will use Elias again to watch our cat. Thanks Elias and family!!!”

About: My name is Jackie and I am 30 years old. Ever since I can remember, I have always been around and loved animals. I have grown up with 3 dogs as well as a cat. I currently have two cats of my own and they are my babies. My one cat Waffles suffers from Congestive Heart Failure so I have experience administering oral medication. As a pet lover myself, I understand the difficulty of finding someone with enough professionalism and love to take care of your four legged friends. I would love nothing more than to help others with caring for their pets! I have many references who will gladly speak of my compassion and abilities to care for animals. I do work a full time job but I can be very flexible with my schedule so feel free to contact me for dog walking and drop in's!

Jacqueline M.
“Jackie has been a life saver! I work long days and can't always get home to let me golden out in the middle of the day. Having her available when I can't be eliminates that stress factor completely. I can focus on my work day knowing that my dog is in good hands. My dog can be picky when it comes to new people but she took to Jackie immediately and loves her lunch time visits. While she's there she even checks on my kittens for me just to make sure all is well. I'm so glad we have her because I don't know what we'd do without her.”
Yardville Heights cat parents share their Rover experiences
As always, Lisa took wonderful care of our pets. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing that they're in good hands and getting the care and attention that she gives them. She took time to play with them and put on their favorite cat TV show! I loved receiving her photos with each visit. We hope to continue hiring Lisa in the future!
