“This was our first time using Rover and we were honestly a bit anxious inviting someone into our home to take care of our boys (2 cats) while we were away on an unexpected trip. Anna made the process seamless and IMMEDIATELY eased all of our worries! She was a great communicator throughout the check-ins and was great with the boys! Numerous pictures and detailed updates on how they were during the visits were a very appreciated touch that helped ease the anxiousness of being away from them. Thank you, Anna! You’re the best! Definitely would rebook in the future - 11/10 recommend!”

About: I treat each animal as if they were my own making sure they feel safe, loved, and engaged while you're away. I go beyond just feeding and walking. I pay close attention to each pet's individual needs, routines, and personalities. Whether it’s giving medication, providing extra cuddle time, or understanding quirky behaviors, I make it my priority to ensure they’re happy and healthy. Plus, I keep pet parents in the loop with regular updates, photos, and videos, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. I am currently working from home and thought why not fill my day up with pets!!! So here I am:) I am also flexible in the event that something unexpectedly happens last minute. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize maintaining their usual routine and environment, which helps minimize anxiety while you're away. I follow detailed care instructions, including feeding, medications, exercise, and playtime. I offer drop in visits, daily walks. I keep your home tidy and secure, bringing in mail, watering plants, etc. I provide regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing My goal is to make your absence as stress free as possible for both you and your pet.

About: I’ve been around and taken care of dogs my whole life. I love them and believe I am very capable of taking care of most dogs. I am currently only doing college classes and have plenty of time any days to be with and take care of your dogs and their needs. When in clients homes if their are not more specific instructions with their dogs I tend to let the dog do as they please as long as they are not doing anything dangerous or damaging the house. I keep my eye on the diligently to make sure they are doing okay and their needs are met.

About: I was a Guide Dog for the Blind puppy raiser in college, and have a pre-veterinary degree from The University of Georgia in Animal Science. I retired from the veterinary field after 15 years due to a back injury, but still have a passion to take care of pets within my weight limit. I’ve been the one to take care of family pets since I was little, and have pet sat since middle school. My husband and I lost our beloved golden due to cancer a couple of years ago and our cat to lymphoma last year and haven’t been able to get another, so we are happy to host your fur baby in our dog, cat, and child free home where they will be the center of attention. I am unavailable in the early morning (unless they are boarding), but have an otherwise flexible schedule to meet you and your fur baby’s needs. I have a 6 foot privacy fenced in back yard as well as a paved 1 mile sidewalk loop in my neighborhood so they will be able to get their exercise and play time! I also have an extra large crate available if your pet needs a cozy spot to stay and relax if needed.

About: I have had dog my whole life and I have dog sat for about five years now, mostly for neighbors and friends. I don't mind walking, playing, or just hanging out with your doggie or puppy! I am currently in online college so I can be available whenever! I will be willing to stay longer if your pet needs more attention. I would prefer written instructions from the pet parent on anything that should be known or certain ways of doing things with their dog and cat. Every visit I will be sure to give your pet lots of pets and play time, but only if they will let me. I do not let the pet out of my supervision if they're outside and will clean up any messes or accidents.

“Lauren is the best! It’s my second time with her and I trust her with my eyes closed. She’s always super attentive, sweet and very thoughtful. Thank you Lauren, for everything you do 🤍”

About: I have 3 precious, fluffy babies: Jade, Puddin, and April. I've had animals my whole life and have been responsible for them. Pets I've had include dogs, cats, hamsters, a cockatiel, and fish, but I've cared for more! Having been a pet sitter and dog walker previously I have had many experiences caring for animals. I've also volunteered at animal shelters. Nothing pulls at my heart strings like loving on animals waiting for their forever homes. My cat April is a rescue and I've rescued 2 other pets. I'd love to set up a Meet & Greet ahead of time so everyone feels as safe and comfortable as possible. I also understand that life happens and sometimes care is needed before we can meet. If that is the case we could always try a virtual meet and greet! If your pets need medication, special requests or care, extra love and attention, or energy to get out I can give it all! Just ask! I work from home with a very flexible schedule. My babies love the extra attention I give them now that I work from home and I'll give the same attention to yours! It's your home and I will follow your instructions and respect your space while giving love and attention to your pets. If anything comes up I will contact you immediately and take care of your babies like my own.

“Rachel did such a wonderful job sitting for our two cats. She had a positive attitude and fantastic communication throughout our entire sitting experience. She was even kind enough to bring in packages while we were away. We will definitely be contacting Rachel again next time we need a sitter.”

About: I have over 10 years of experience in pet care, including caring for senior animals, administering medications when needed, and providing attentive and loving support. I am capable of meeting the needs of all pets with various requirements, ensuring they receive proper care and attention. I'm currently focusing all my efforts on pet care, allowing me ample time time to play with your pets! I have open availability and am willing to stay overnights so your furry friend has a familiar and comforting environment. When caring for pets in others' homes, I focus on maintaining a consistent routine that aligns with their usual environment. I make sure to follow any specific instructions from the owner regarding feeding schedules, medication, and behavior expectations. I ensure the furry friend feels comfortable and secure by providing plenty of attention, exercise, and mental stimulation. I also keep their living space clean and safe, and I stay in communication with the owner for updates or concerns. Yacht Club Estates cat parents share their Rover experiences
Rachel has always been a huge help with the cats when I have to travel for the military. I am often last minute to request and she always comes through. Her communication is as awesome as the care she gives to the cats. I can tell she takes time to play with them and execute their routine. If your cat needs drop-ins then you need Rachel!
