Olivia is fantastic! She’s super communicative, timely and dedicated to our doggos. She maximizes the time with them, making sure they go potty and get playtime. She’s highly reliable and gets our shy dog to warm up and play.

Tibby took such great care of our kitty, Mr. Picklesworth! Pickles is fairly discerning about who he allows into his circle of friends. Tibby’s daily visits and photos show that he was very comfortable with her😃 Tibby is very professional and is clearly great around animals. We look forward to re-booking her again! Thank you Tibby!😃

Jeff was awesome! I have a 5 mo puppy learning to be an adult dog and Jeff was needed to let the pup out at lunch for potty & lunch for a week. Jeff was so helpful and made my dog's schedule his priority. Not only did be let Finn out to do his business but he also took Finn for a short walk! There were resident cats looking for an escape route but Jeff was on top of the escape plan & thwarted their every attempt to break free; even bringing treats for the cats! I can't thank Jeff enough to making that week disaster-free and worry-free!

Siri was a delight to work with. Her own introduction here on Rover is just the beginning. Over a long holiday, Siri’s plan, approach, visits, support for both our cat and dog, communications, consistency, and follow up were impeccable. She put our minds at ease and earned our trust. I’m happy to say that we found someone that we can count on.

Laura did a great job with our kitties! She even took the time to bring in boxes from our porch. We have an older cat with an unusual no-litter situation which she was very willing to work with. It helped make our vacation less stressful knowing our boys were in good hands!

About: As a rising third-year veterinary student at the University of Illinois, I bring both professional training and genuine love for animals to every pet I care for. Through my veterinary education and hands-on clinical experience, I have worked with animals of many breeds, sizes, ages, energy levels, and temperaments—including shy, anxious, high-energy, and senior pets. My experience has taught me how to safely handle animals, recognize signs of stress or illness, and adapt my approach to each pet’s individual personality and needs. Whether your pet loves playtime and attention or prefers a calmer, quieter environment, I strive to make them feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats and have experience with feeding routines, medications, and providing patient, attentive care. I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone dependable, communicative, and trustworthy, and I take that responsibility seriously. I will care for your pet as if they were my own and keep you updated so you can feel confident they are in good hands. My schedule is very flexible this summer! I am currently working part-time and participating in some veterinary shadowing experiences, but outside of that I have wide availability for pet care. I am available most weekends and have flexibility throughout the week, especially during mornings and evenings. I’m happy to work with owners to find times that best fit their pet’s routine and needs. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. As a veterinary student, I have experience recognizing signs of stress, illness, and discomfort in animals and understand the importance of careful, attentive care. I strive to create a calm and positive environment for every pet while respecting their normal routines and boundaries. I know how important trust is when someone else is caring for your pet, so I will always communicate clearly, provide updates, and treat your pet and home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or needs extra patience, I am committed to making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

Maureen was awesome, so extremely helpful. We’ve hired her to pet sit prior so going with her again was a no-brianer. She’s great with the cats and they love her! She also was able to water our plants and feed our fish, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while being away for over a week. 10/10 would recommend!! Also has super flexible availability which came together so well even though we scheduled somewhat last minute! Thanks Maureen!

About: I've been caring for animals for nearly 10 years- cats, guinea pigs, dogs, and other exotics, I've cared for it all! I am also a proud cat mom to 2 cheeky furballs! I work full time 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday, and my weekends are usually very if not completely free! I typically go on an hour walk every day during the evening (weather permitting) to end my day! When caring for a client's pet I try to keep things simple and stick to whatever their routine is to ensure the furbabes are comfortable and feel safe with a new face popping in and taking care of them.
