About: Hi, I grew up in a home that had dogs and have also worked with rescues over the years. I am able to help potty train, teach tricks, work on leash and friendly play for puppies. I have toys treats and a fenced yard. If you need a safe place to keep your pup during work or over vacation we might be the right fit for you. We have a small pomsky and a old chihuahua/yorkie mix who are the friendliest dogs in the entire world and great with other dogs. If your dog needs to be the only dog our home might not be ideal. I want us both to have the best experience possible. Meet and greets are amazing and welcome to make sure your fur baby and ours will be a great fit. I am also a wildlife rehabitator at Lost Child Wildlife Rehabilitation on facebook. I am working hard to help the voiceless orphaned wildlife. My life gets a little crazy during wildlife season but that does not stop me from being able to care for your furry family members. Wildlife and animals in general are my passion and always have been. I am also enrolled in Unity College online to further my education and the help I can provide to our wildlife. I am currently a stay at home mom and have all the free time to spend with your fur baby while their family is away. We wake up at 730-8am everyday and have a great routine that any fur baby will fit right into. We could do holidays, weekends overnights and everything in between. I have a fenced in yard, dog friendly dogs and tons of toys for playtime. We have donut bed, blankets, crates if they are needed and enjoy going on walks with the addition of play time in the yard or inside if it's raining. I have toys for multiple chewing needs - super chewers or tiny nibbles. I have lots of free time and just want to help where I can.

About: I have had pets growing up my entire life. From dogs, cats, turtles and snakes. Since i was younger i have loved animals immensely and have had a passion for working with them. I was a kennel technician for about a year, I’ve worked at two veterinary clinics, one currently being Wyandotte Animal Hospital. I was at my old clinic 2 years. I currently am a fur mom to 1 dog and 1 cat. I work Monday, Wed-Fri during the week but am available Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and through the weekend. I will accommodate best to what you, and your pet(s) need!🐾🤍. I can provide dog walking and drop in visits for cats/dogs. I do not have a backyard, which is why i do not offer drop offs. I also offer ear cleanings for an additional fee.

About: Animals have been a lifelong passion of mine, and that love eventually led me to a career in wildlife biology and conservation. I grew up with both cats and dogs and see them as members of the family! I began caring for family pets at age 8, and pet sat for neighbors, family friends, and clients in High School and college. After college, I worked seasonal field jobs as a wildlife biologist and pet sat in between field seasons. I adopted my dog Abby -- a sweet, social Black Lab Pitt mix -- 11 years ago and trained her using positive reinforcement, play and consistent socialization. While I'm not a certified trainer, I do have some hands-on experience with dog training and behavior support. I've cared for pets of all ages and needs -- from energetic puppies and kittens to senior cats and dogs with mobility issues. I'm also experienced with administering medication (pills, oral syringes, and injections) and have supported post-surgical recovery and physical therapy for dogs recovering from CCL tears and tumor removals (Abby has been through both). I look forward to caring for your cat or dog as if it were my own! I am currently available to pet sit full-time and have a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday. I will update my availability regularly in my profile, to ensure it is up-to-date. Pet parents can text or call me at any time to check-in and I will happily provide text and photo updates. In your home: I will meet your pet where they are at depending on their age, energy levels, comfort and mobility. About my home (Doggy Daycare currently paused): I live in a cozy 3-bedroom 1,000 sq ft bungalow on a fully fenced double lot -- perfect for pups to play, explore and relax safely. My neighborhood in Wyandotte has lots of walkable, dog-friendly routes, and we love getting outside. There are lots of durable, safe dog toys on hand (approved by Abby, the Toy Destroyer), as well as extra dog beds and cozy blankets for lounging. I am flexible and happy to make adjustments in my home to ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. My husband works from home a few days a week, but will be in his office and will not be assisting with pet care. I will be fully available and present with your pet.

About: No such thing as a dog too big! Growing up with several dogs in my family home, I truly view them as a part of our families. With a belief in positive reinforcement and redirection, your dog will have a fun, stress-free time; making our home their home for the duration of their stay. Having gone through the puppy stage several times, including within the past year, I can assure you our patience is tried and tested, and that I carry an attitude in which it is imperative to maintain respect for the individual temperament of each dog. Some breeds I have experience with include: pitbulls, labs, dobermans, cane corsos, boxers, and mastiffs. I have trained my dogs in basic obedience, all with varying degrees of energy level, stubbornness, and intelligence 🙃. While size does not matter, all dogs who enter our home must be child and dog friendly. **To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone involved, meet and greets are mandatory without exception before boarding or daycare. This can take place at a dog-friendly park, or our backyard if you would like to see our home.** *Smoke and alcohol free home *Large fenced backyard *Almost always home I am a full time stay at home mom to a 3.5 year old as well as 1 year old male (neutered) dog. We do not leave him home alone for more than three hours, so your dog would have human companionship and access to the outdoors at almost all times! Our dog is no longer using one, so we have a large crate that your dog is welcome to use if that is what they are accustomed to or have any destructive tendencies when left alone. Our dog gets lot's of love and exercise. We make sure he practices good manners with daily basic training and keep him happy with enrichment activities, walks, and plenty of scratches. We never leave him outside unattended and he is ALWAYS leashed if outside of the backyard fence. I have had three dogs as an adult, and none have ever escaped.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I really enjoy walking dogs. I understand their mannerisms and respect all animals. I have taken care of sick dogs, old, hyper and young. I work 9-5 Monday- Friday. I have weekends off. I am completely free anytime after work. I don't mind having them during work hours. I have my mom to do check ups and myself as well I will always be with your animal. My year yard has a cord to keep them safe in the yard always attended I will keep them happy, feed and exercised to their ability and age.

About: Hello there! My name is Ashley, and I am a local occupational therapist. I don’t remember a time where I didn’t have a dog in my home growing up, so I have plenty of experience caring for dogs, and I’ve had plenty of cats as roommates over the years. Some facts about me: I enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors, I’m passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and I love to get to know new people in the community! I moved back to the downriver area following my master’s program at Eastern Michigan University and I am looking to connect more with the community. I am a very flexible person, so don’t hesitate to ask if you need certain accommodations. I look forward to getting to know you and your furry friends🐾. I currently work from 7:45-4pm full time, however, I am able to board since I work close and come home for lunch. I can also walk/perform drop-in visits for your animals l after work to accommodate different schedules. I have a smaller home with no pets currently residing here, so it’s be a great place to board smaller or anxious animals while you are away.
