“Andrea was amazing! From the first communication to when we picked our little Isa up. This was our first time boarding our puppy and Andrea was so reassuring and sweet! We met with her before our trip and Isa and Lulu (Andrea's puppy) got along great! She sent numerous pictures, notes and videos throughout the day, further ensuring we had made the right choice. She cuddled and loved on our baby as if she were hers. We will definitely leave Isa with her again! We even discussed getting together for a play date for Isa and Lulu! “As expected, Large Henry has returned from vacationing with White Henry (and Richard) and he’s happy, healthy, the right kind of exhausted, and all too eager to silently shame us for not providing him with the luxuries and indulgences that have been his norm for the past week. No more multiple meandering walks and exploratory trips to the dog park, no more constant companionship provided by buddy-dogs 24-7… he’s quite disappointed to be stuck with us in his day-to-day spoiled events… apparently he’s had a taste of how the elite dogs live, and now he’s having a hard time going back. Thanks a lot, Richard. (Seriously though- thanks for flexibility and patience, more useful in dealing with Henry’s owners than managing dozens of dogs, I would imagine).”
