“Ariella was a total professional and went above and beyond to drop in on our sweet cat Claude while we were away for almost two weeks. She sent updates and photos daily and really seemed invested in how Claude was doing. She also noticed that a winter storm was due and proactively notified us. She topped up his food and water beforehand, and made sure he would be comfortable if she was snowed in for a day. But that wasn’t even necessary, because she came to visit him at 6 am to beat the snow on day one, and on the second day of the storm had her car dug out and came over to complete her visit.
