As expected, he was very sad the first day or two but Anna and Hieu made sure he had plenty of love and attention to help him feel better. They were wonderful about keeping me updated with photos and a daily activity summary which I greatly appreciated. I could tell from the photos and information that my baby was adjusting and felt very comfortable with these two sitters. As a nervous first time Rover user, I left a ridiculous number of instructions on both the dogs and the house, and the ladies happily received them and didn’t make me feel like a crazy dog mom haha. I felt totally at ease about having them in my home; they left the home clean and were very respectful of the property. Janira is great! She was able not only to walk our pup, but also take care of our special needs cat (he has diabetes). She came to meet animals before the actual sitting day.
