I have Esther visit the cats three times a day, and with each visit I receive a wonderful video or multiple photos of her playing with them. Esther follows my cat care instructions explicitly and is able to adjust easily to changes between visits. One time she felt that that litter box needed to be changed and just let me know she was doing it. I appreciated her willingness to do that rather than leave it. She has a very pleasant personality, is easy to contact to set up care dates, and works seamlessly with our building concierge to gain entrance to the apartment. Her fees are very reasonable and paying them is easy with the payment system she uses. Although she has been caring for our cats, Esther is a dog lover as well. I can see how dogs would get along well with her and the attention she would provide them. Esther deserves and A+ rating!”
