I cannot express how pleased I am with Ann, Bruno, and Reagan!! I feel so lucky to have found them. My dog typically takes a little to warm up to new people, but she feels so comfortable in their home. She loves going there and I feel so at ease when I drop her off. They are extremely accommodating with my schedule, send updates throughout the day, and love my dog like she is their own!! They are so so great, but don’t book with them so their calendar stays open for us!! 😊

Dominique was so welcoming and took great care of our Scout. We were from out of town visiting our very elderly aunt and our 105 pound loving golden retriever couldn’t go to the retirement home. We found our sitter just 2 miles away and immediately felt comfortable with our texting before the trip. We highly recommend!

About: I have been a pet owner many times through my childhood and well into adulthood. I also worked for ‘Just Fur the Weekend’, a pet boarding company where I had the opportunity to foster lovely relationships between the pet owner and pets. Trust, quality care and comfort are very important to me! I am a stay at home mom with two kids under five. We are a pet lovers household. Between the three of us your pet will have a lot of fun playdates and quality time. Routine walks and playdates are essential to maintaining a healthy and active day. Potty training for indoor/outdoor pups and precision meal planning. If any meds are necessary, we’ll make sure we’re on the same page.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring her to care for my furry friends and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the moment we met, it was clear that she has a deep love and respect for animals, and it showed in the way she interacted with my dogs. I was able to enjoy my time away with complete peace of mind, knowing that my dogs were in great hands. When I returned, my dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well-cared for. I can't recommend Sonja and Yolanda highly enough - if you're looking for responsible, caring, and trustworthy dog sitters, look no further!

About: I have always had a dog(s) in my life. I’ve care for small dogs, large dogs, old dogs, puppies, and dogs with special needs. I’ve always wanted to create a doggie hotel, but short of that they are welcome in my home. I’m currently not working outside the home and have ultimate flexibility. I like to have a planned schedule and prefer scheduling stays at least 1 week in advance. I have a safe, fenced in yard and have one senior dog of my own to keep you baby company. I live in a safe walking neighborhood, if you’d like to add that service. I can also adapt my service to your home, especially with drop in service.

About: Hello Dog Lovers! My name is Jen! I would love to have an opportunity to meet your furry, four-legged, friend whether big or small. I have had big dogs growing up, a Boston Terrier who just passed, and now a Catahoula / Aussie mix puppy. I currently teach from home and have some flexibility to spend some time with your dog or puppy whether it has never-ending energy or likes to relax on the couch. I enjoy the outdoors and would love to tucker out for your dog while you are not home. I will provide a nice walk and a little jog too if needed to be sure your four-legged friend is ready to relax at home until you arrive back. I work part-time right now so I have more flexibility to care for your pets while you are not at home. I will not accept a job I do not have time for. I understand each pet needs his or her own specific care. I am here to help meet those needs whether it be walking, running, playing, or crating your dog, I can help.

About: Hey there! I'm Crystal. I love animals, kids, and doing fun activities like walks. I enjoy photography and painting with acrylics. I have painted pets and relatives for clients before. I’m a mother of 3 humans and two fur babies (Milo and Cersei). I love to cuddle family-friendly dogs, take them to the water, and on walks. I am flexible with my schedule. I also enjoy spending time with cats and kids! I’m also available for kid/baby sitting. I have a degree in behavioral science with emphasis on child development. I also have a MS in environmental science. Other than that, I spend our time on hikes, going sight seeing, and in the water. I previously worked at a wildlife hospital, and have some vet tech training. Nonsmoking, and I have reliable transportation. High-maintenance dogs will require higher rate. No dogs with a history of violence. For house stays, I generally bring my kids with me. Feel free to write me if you have any questions! I look forward to hearing from you. I am flexible. I’m a current a stay at home momma. Just let me know your needs. I normally get up, get the kids ready for school/camp, and run around doing errands and cleaning. I am usually able to make it work depending on the level of care and set up. I am open to fitting the care you need. Just ask. I prefer to go to a client’s house, and I am willing to host animals if it’s an urgent situation. Thanks!

About: Dogs are life! Growing up, I have always had at least one dog that was part of the family. My love for these animals extended into college, where I began rescuing and fostering dogs with Circle of Friends Animal Society. I've been with them since 2010, and have personally rescued, trained, and adopted out 150+ dogs. Apart from my volunteer work with COFAS, I also worked for "Fetch the Leash" in Athens, GA. My time as an animal caretaker has allowed me to gain experience working with a variety of breeds and temperaments. The only thing greater than my knowledge of "mans best friend" is my PASSION for these animals. I currently have two dogs that I love dearly--I promise to love your furkids the same!

We love working with Justin. He has been helping us get our dog, Reggie, ecollar trained and it has been invaluable to us. Reggie can now chase deer and swim after ducks now that we have an effective way to communicate with him. 10/10 would recommend!

FAQs for Doggy Day Care - Woodland Heights

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in Woodland Heights on Rover is $33.3 per day (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

As of July 2026, there are 249 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Woodland Heights. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Woodland Heights commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 249 sitters in Woodland Heights, 88% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
