I enjoy incorporating outdoor time with dogs into my day, as it’s a great way to stay active and bring joy to both the pets and myself. When caring for pets in my home, I create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where they feel comfortable and loved. I make sure they have plenty of space to relax and play along with access to fresh water, food, and any other comforts they’re accustomed to. I also provide lots of attention, affection, and enrichment to help them feel at ease. I have a balcony at my apartment and a dog park at my complex and am happy to take your dog down for a romp or walk if staying for doggy daycare. I also only care for one pet at a time in my home so you'll be ensured they will get all the attention they need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I strive to maintain their routines as closely as possible to minimize stress. I ensure their needs are met, whether it’s feeding, walking, administering medication, or simply spending quality time with them. I treat their home with respect and provide regular updates to keep pet parents reassured. No matter where I care for them, my goal is to ensure that every pet feels safe, happy, and cared for.

If there are any special needs that need to be considered I should be aware of. Things that come to mind are separation anxiety, leash pulling, aggression towards other dogs/animals, what their regular routine is, how often do they poop a day etc. Anything so that I would know what is normal and/or not normal for you pet so I can let you know if something is out of the ordinary!
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy and entertained! Depending on their personality and preferences, I’ll tailor activities to suit them. For dogs, this might include fun walks or hikes to explore new sights and smells, playing fetch or tug-of-war, or working on enrichment games like puzzles and treat-based activities. For more laid-back pets, I enjoy giving belly rubs, snuggling, and ensuring they have plenty of comfort and companionship. I’m also happy to help reinforce any training routines or provide mental stimulation to keep their minds sharp and engaged. My goal is to make every day feel like a mini-adventure or a cozy retreat, ensuring they’re as happy and relaxed as possible while in my care.

Hi, I’m Cat! Growing up in a family that always had pets, I developed a deep love and respect for animals from an early age. For nearly 14 wonderful years, I had the joy of caring for my own dog, who was a true member of my family. She has recently passed, and I've decided to offer my pet care services instead of getting another dog, allowing me to channel my love for animals into helping yours feel cared for and cherished. :) I’ll treat your fur babies as if they were my own, providing them with love, attention, and patience. I have experience with anxious pups, leash training, administering medication, and creating a calm, nurturing environment for all kinds of pets. Cat was a wonderful pet sitter for our little Koah. It was clear from all the photos she took that he was having a blast. She let him sleep in the bed with her and also somehow (amazingly) got him to eat all his meals. Truly a dog whisperer. You won’t be disappointed in booking with Cat!
