About: I’ve had several large breed dogs since I was a child. I am comfortable handling dogs that pull and are like little tanks. My rottie used to stop and sniff everything, and he set our pace on walks. I’m an adjunct English professor, so I can also help your pets with their college admission essays.I am open all summer, but will be teaching in the evenings this fall. I can’t currently care for your pets in my apartment, because my cats said no, but I will be respectful and careful in your home.

About: I have always loved pets since I was a little kid and I love being able to spend as much time with them as possible. I've spent days with dogs and cats, making sure they are getting everything they need. I have also done overnight stays and spent multiple days at a time with all kinds of pets. I am currently working part time at a summer internship so I can spend plenty of time with your pets during the week. I'd be happy to stop in for a quick visit, take a walk, or spend an afternoon with them. I am happy to come into your home and check on your pet and follow any instructions you may have. I am happy to bring them outside and play with them, as well as make sure they have any food or water they need.

About: Hi all! My name is Veronica. I'm an Amherst College alumna ('17) and current 4th year med student (Dartmouth, Geisel School of Medicine '26). I spent my childhood in rural NY, TN, and VA with my grandparents and our dogs, cats, and parrot. In my household, animals were viewed as family, and were always treated as such. I've been taking care of/loving cats & dogs of all sizes (we have owned a daschund named Mr. Wiggles, an Irish Wolfhound named Hobbs, a collie named Blue, to name a few) and ages (puppies to salt&pepper seniors) since I was 5. My partner and I are also proud cat parents to two bonded, adopted cats (Gaston & Basil). I have cared for several friends', neighbors', and strangers turned clients' cats and dogs while they were away/traveling! I hope to bring the same love, respect, and care to your pet that I show my own when you are not there. No pet is too small, too big, too silly, or too drooly for me! I will be based in New Haven, CT working on my residency application, research, and other personal projects with much free time in the upcoming year (2025-26). I am happy to house-sit your pet in your own home, be a dog-walker, or drop-in to feed/walk/play with your pet. For dog-walking & drop-in services, I would prefer if clients are within a 10-15 minute drive from New Haven, CT, though I will consider each request individually. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate dogs or cats in my own apartment.

“Natalie was fantastic, she was so consistently communicative and incredibly thoughtful throughout the weekend that we had her cat sitting for us, and really obviously cared about our fur babies! She brought extra treats for the cats and used their favorite toys during her drop-in visits, and was very attentive and attuned to what the girls needed and were comfortable with from her as they got to know her for the first time. It was such a relief knowing our kitties were in great hands while we were away, and it sounded like the cats warmed right up to Natalie too, even though they usually really take their time getting comfortable around new people! She'll be my first call next time we need a cat sitter!”

About: Very patient with pets. I’ve cared for different types of dogs and sizes since 9 years old including some puppy training, cleaning up after them, feeding them and even washing the pet if needed also I’m pretty timely and your pet will have enough backyard space to play around or play indoors. I’ll be working part time and the days i will be available for now are Sundays after 3 pm then Wednesdays and Thursday’s at anytime. I have a dog gate inside my house if needed as well no harmful products near by . Also I have family members who love dogs and will give plenty of love and attention to your pet so they feel cared for. My backyard has a huge dog cage just in case for separation if anything. Lastly I currently have no pets so no jealously will happen.

About: Hi! Ive been pet sitting since I was 10 years old. Walking dogs, staying over night, or driving to the groomers, I'm open to anything! I grew up with both dogs and cats. I am originally from Bloomfield Hills, MI. I currently have a one year old mixed golden retriever at my house back home. We rescued him from the humane society last May. When I am home I spend lots of time with him! I am a full time student teacher, my hours are typically 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. I am available outside of that. I am very flexible and can often do short notice jobs. I will follow all instructions given to me by the owner to ensure they and their doggo are comfortable with the care I am providing. On walks, the dog will remain on leash unless instructed by the owner otherwise.

About: I grew up in a home where I cared for 7 Siberian Huskies, adults and puppies alike. I assisted with their daily care (walks/feedings/playtime), vet visits (routine/emergencies/managing chronic conditions), and even breeding and whelping (pregnancy/labor/delivery/postpartum care). As an adult, I’ve walked dogs of all sizes, provided short- to mid-term care for various breeds, and been the primary caregiver for our 9 year-old Pitbull, Phife Dawg. Through this, I’ve learned to read breed-specific signs, and care for dogs of all sizes and characters in a broad ranges of environments. While I am new to this app and caring for dogs beyond my immediate community, I look forward to working with you to learn your dog’s specific needs and preferences, and provide them with professional, loving care. I work from home, so am available for both scheduled and last-minute walks. I am not yet caring for dogs in their own homes since I care full-time for our toddler, however, that’s a service I look forward to providing in the future!
