About: I have worked in the veterinary field for about 3 years. I went to school and became a Certified Veterinary Assistant. I am also Pet CPR Certifed. I have my own pet/house sitting business and offer feline grooming! I work full time but am able to pet sit every night, on weekends and do checks on pets during the day, sometimes multiple times a day. Your pets will get lots of play time, go on walks, and get lots of attention. I do like to relax with them and just hang out as well, depending on the pet.

About: I’ve had cats my whole life and had a golden retriever growing up. I hope to one day get another dog. I will take good care of your furry friends! I am a teacher and mornings are not generally an option but I’m free in the afternoons and evenings and on the weekends, can be flexible! About: As a lifelong dog owner, I know the importance of feeling confidence in your pet’s care while you are away – for the day or for weeks. I grew up with German Shepards, Labrador Retrievers, Weimaraners, and of course your traditional mutts. I’m comfortable with medium and large breeds with varying degrees of energy and structure needs. In adulthood I’ve dedicated myself to seniors and pups with special needs. My current pack is all neutered males - Riley (12), Vinnie (17), Gilroy (4, Cerebellar Aplasia), and Louie (4, Blind). Everyone in the pack is dog friendly and more importantly I know them well and how to navigate introducing new members. Pack management is a critical and advantageous skill I live in a single family detached home with a large fenced in yard. The dogs are allowed on the furniture. I have extra crates, cots, dog beds, and toys. With a traditional cape style, I can also keep pack members separate if needed, especially at mealtime to keep everyone safe. My home and I have been approved by three different reputable rescues in the last 3 years. I have established relationships with not only my local vet, Dirigo, but also specialists at Maine Veterinary Medical Center. I have experience with high needs behavioral and physical pups. Though I do not think taking in an aggressive dog into the pack for sitting is a good idea, I am comfortable and understand dogs with anxiety that might need some extra time or care. I have experience with dogs paralyzed in the back end, cerebellar hypoplasia (wobbly), cerebellar aplasia (no balance), hydrocephalus, blindness, senior needs, puppy needs and training. In the last year my pack has included three more pups (may two rest in peace, and one continue to live his best life with his forever mom) and so I open my home to boarding knowing that my current boys are already okay with new members. If you have any questions please reach out! I work from home five days a week. I work from home full-time and can navigate my schedule most days by the needs of the pack. Without a doubt they can go outside whenever they need. At most during the week I could leave the house from 1-3 hours. I will sometimes need to leave the house for 2-6 hours at a time especially on weekends, but can arrange any accommodation that makes your pup comfortable – free, crate, room etc. All dogs are allowed on the couch and my bed, though not all will sleep on the bed at night. I make sure to have a dog bed available for each pup in the house and have crate options too if individual space makes your pup feel more comfortable. The house is set up so that all living is on the first floor, so there are only two stairs into the home and two stairs off of the deck. During the warmer months I have a dog door for free access to the fenced in yard. However, in the winter months I maintain taking the dogs out at regular intervals. All dogs will be fed safely alone so no issues are allowed to develop. All stairs inside are blocked off either by baby gate or doors (for my blind boy). Pack management is key to safety and with lots of experience I know I can navigate it well.

About: I grew up with multiple large dogs, and I have been taking care of them since I was little. I can groom (no teeth or nails, just brush and bath) and walk, feed and give medication. I can train and take care of puppies, and I have experience taking care of senior dogs. I raised my Saint Bernard from a puppy, and took care of her until her death from cancer in early 2024. Now I have a Newfoundland, and not only do we go on multiple walks a day but we also work on training, and play with toys. I also have experience working with reactive dogs. Idk man. I love dogs. I love taking care of dogs. I can also recommend a really good dog trainer if you need one. I am a field hockey coach and I am also working in an internship, but other than that I am free this summer for morning and day visits. My dog Mortimer is my favorite responsibility, and I know I will love the dogs I get to meet and take care of. Mortimer and I love going for walks and playing with big squeaky toys. He is such a snuggler and enjoys looking out the window of my house or car.
