About: I’ve got 20+ years of cats, kittens, puppies, adult dogs, senior, behavioral dogs, working dogs, etc. I did some personal training on my rescue dog that I got 6 years ago as well as my golden retriever I got as a puppy at 8 weeks old. I currently work 4 days a week as an MRI tech and looking for side work that I’ll love! I can do drop in visits on my off days and potentially evenings after work during the week but shoot me a message and we can work out availability :) I live in a very secluded private area so I don’t ever have to worry about dogs wandering off and I’m always cautious of where they are at all times but of course they can be leashed depending on needs!
“Madison was a life saver. I’m so glad we found her. Our normally nervous dog absolutely loved her. I know she was spoiled rotten. We loved the daily updates on her walks. will definitely use her again in the future ❤️”

About: Hi there! I’m Grace. Me and my husband just moved to Maine this year, and we love it here! Before the move, I worked at a natural pet food store because of my passion for animals and all things holistic wellness. I also regularly pet sat, mainly through word of mouth referrals, so I’m somewhat new to Rover. I grew up caring for my family dogs and cat, as well as volunteering at the local shelter, which often led to fostering kittens. I previously worked as a professional dog handler at Free Spirit Doggy Daycare where there were often 50 plus dogs to take care of at a time. Me and my husband now have a rescue dog and two cats of our own who are my whole world! In my free time, I’m usually spending time with them, baking, hiking, or volunteering at a horse farm down the road. I’m looking to provide check ins and/or walks for your furry friend anytime they need some extra attention. I have experience taking care of dogs and cats (& more!) with extra needs such as severe anxiety or medical conditions that require medications. I understand that our pets are our family! I will treat your babies with all of the love and care that I would want my own to receive. I currently have a fairly open schedule throughout the week. I will be traveling some the end of this month (October) and in November but after that won’t be traveling for a long time, as I’ll be having a baby in March. We have a lab mix who enjoys our 3 acres, and two indoor cats who enjoy our window ledges, and playing with anything they decide is a toy. Every pet is different but for our guys, I find that as long as they have plenty of exercise, brain stimulation, good food, and time with me and my husband, they’re happy as can be. Lots of “behavioral” issues tend to actually be boredom, which is remedied with things like walks and brain stimulating play, or it could also be medical.

Im going to school online so I can always be available. I am very knowledgeable in Pet CPR. Fast reaction skills and attention to detail. About: I always tune into the unique personality of each animal and I don't rest until I'm sure the animal knows its safe, loved and cared for. Since I was born I have loved animals so genuinely and patiently that I've never encountered a problem, even with the hard to figure out ones. I love them all and my husband does as well. Therefore we treat our pets like they're one of us, with plentiful attention. We are complete home-bodies. We like spending time outdoors, and going for walks. Our home is very inviting as well, with a fenced yard, multiple spare rooms, close to many trails near by and lots of spare blankets and pillows. Feel free to give any advise on how to care better for your dog, and I will be more than happy to accommodate.
