Dog Walkers in Skowhegan, ME

About: I am a high school teacher, and I love to take care of animals on the side. Your dogs can hang out in my apartment and get lots of love during breaks. I love taking dogs out on walks and to parks and being active with them. If your dog is shy, that's ok too! I can take them to places where we won't run into many people. I can also come to your home and look after your dog where they might be more comfortable. I have a cat at home, but I am missing my time living with dogs, so I thought that this would be the perfect compromise! I am also available to take care of any cats or other small animals that you may have at your home. I am at work on the weekdays until the late afternoon, but I am super excited to take care of animals on the weekends and in the evenings. I can do whatever works best for both of our schedules. I love having dogs (and cats!) come to my house, but sometimes I think it's easier for them to stay in the environment where they are the most comfortable. I am willing to accommodate what you think is best for your pet.

About: Grew up with animals including lizards, cats, dogs, birds and horses. Volunteered in animal shelters doing all care of cats and dogs! Love animals :) I volunteer at the shelter, so I work short shifts at odd hours but I am fully available at almost any other time of the day! I have three cats currently who are the most spoiled animals, they get lick mats, vitamins, and all sorts of other fun enrichment. They are also some of the kindest cat you will ever meet! I would extend this love for my cats to your animal offering homemade pumpkin puree treats (if allowed) and plenty of attention and play time!

About: As long as I can remember,I’ve had a love for animals! I’ve been house/pet sitting for 8 years I care for every animal there is including farm animals and even exotics such as snakes!!!! I currently work for myself primarily cleaning houses and pet sitting! This is my specialty! I love all animals (except spiders!) but so long as they are in a tank I’m okay !!!! I will care for your fur babies as if they were my very own. I will make sure they are happy and safe while you’re away! My husband doesn’t call me the animal whisperer for nothin!!! ☺️

About: I love spending time with/caring for animals and I love walking outside. I have cared for cats (fed, played, brushed, loved, scooped litter boxes) for a friend, volunteered at the humane society (walking dogs, cleaning dog bedding and blankets and washing their dishes) and taken care of my aunts dogs (taking them outside 4 times a day, feeding, loving and playing fetch with them) and cared for my other aunts cats (feeding, loving, and playing) as well as our own family dogs and cats. Caring for animals is such a pleasant rewarding job to me nothing makes me happier. :-) I'm available anytime Monday - Friday. References definitely available immediately. About: I’ve grown up around animals of all kinds - dogs and cats included. I love animals and wish to make a career out of providing pet care. I am pet first aid & CPR certified and I am bonded and insured. I strive to provide nothing but the best care possible! I have trained my service dog all by myself and have trained my other dog myself! I also have experience with training other dogs — I specialize in service dogs and problem behaviors in dogs! I do my best to be very flexible with scheduling. I do have occasional appointments but those can typically be worked around. I would very much appreciate having recurring customers, this also makes it easier to fit new clients into my scheduling. I have a portal system for easy scheduling and invoicing as well! I enjoy being active and I wish to work to become more active. I have a standard poodle who is my service dog. I also have a younger standard poodle that I have trained myself. About: Experience with both senior and young cats and dogs. Have given animals meds, eye treatments, and have experience with clipping nails and grooming. Currently own a senior dog (medium), but I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I am a full time student so my schedule is currently limited to Tuesday& Thursday after 12 and all day Friday I do appreciate scheduling at least a day before, but I will accept same day bookings! I appreciate information about your animals routine (wether they are crated at night, times they usually go out, high enery, low energy, feeding schedule, and other things that will allow me to give the most thorough care I can) so I can properly care for them. Also please give me a heads up about food or toy aggression before hand (it doesn't necessarily mean I'll deny service I just want to be warned so I can be extra cautious)

About: I am an outdoor enthusiast! At home full time with lots of time, energy and love for dogs of all breeds and sizes. Over the years I have owned and cared for many different breeds from Yorkshire terriers, Siberian huskies, Cheasapeake Bay retrievers, Brittany Spaniels, Australian shepherds, golden retrievers, poodles for starters. Ready, willing, able to provide discipline, some training and treats! The environment is a safe, country setting with play area and an enclosed, fenced back yard.. There are no other pets or children in my home. Your dog(s) will be TOP dog and the focus of my care, play and concern. Lots of room for exploring and learning here with a capable, eager handler. Long term care is available, too. I am a home body and an avid adventure seeker. An active community member and local volunteer for several non profits. Leave NO trace! Be safe out there. There is plenty of room to explore or just snore the day away here. A large fenced in area provides a safe space for several dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of my own dog since I was 16. I have also recently adopted a kitten with my significant other. My dream would be to build a big sanctuary for all animals in need. I also grew up on a farm and have family members who work in animal healthcare I am a part time college student, part time registered nurse and a full time athlete. However I usually have spare time during the week and would love to spend it with your fur babies :) My backyard is fenced in, my small dog loves other animals and loves to play. My kitten is very energetic and loves to play as well. I have enough treats for a lifetime and plenty of couches and beds for nap time :)

About: I’ve been to multiple homes to dog sit and both the pets and owners have loved me. Leave me notes on what to do and how to do it and it’ll be done. Sunday-Wednesday services. Sunday all day, monday-wednesday mornings. I have another part time job at an equestrian center caring for many horses at the end of the week. Safe home, my own dog gets taken out with a leash and loves to play both inside and outside. My cat loves to play in the backyard.
