William was amazing. He updated me continuously as I drove across country, moving my family back home. It was clear Mitzi was in a safe, caring, and loving environment. Mitzi is an older dog, and needed multiple bio breaks throughout the day. In addition, she got very homesick, and William got her through all of it. Will was so great to our gal! He has a great property that is great for dogs who like to run around and kept us updated the whole time with pictures, what they did, and how our dog was doing.
