Safety, trust & environment

I used to have an English setter she was the sweetest dog in the world and lived a long happy life. I miss having a dog. You can rest assured that I treat every animal with the utmost love, attention and care as I would if they were my own. I am a very good read of body language and only give them what I believe the dog needs. Well versed in dog breeds as well and know that each breed has different needs. Depending on your dog's training and ability to recall they will be able to enjoy the entire 6 acre property for games of fetch, tug of way and keep away. The property is not fenced in however it is encompassed by trees and in a fairly secluded area. Based on what you provide me in understanding of their training, what breed and my comfortability with your pet they will be able to enjoy the area unleashed. I take pet care and security extremely seriously and hold myself accountable for anything that could potentially happen to your pet while ur away. In short I'm not willing to risk it if they go hunting mode on a deer.

Please provide me their schedules, medications, behavior patterns (if they are important) and recalls. Please also let me know what are their likes dislikes and do's and donts. Don't hesistate to reach out if you have any questions about your animal and if you would like photos or updates on how they are doing!!

A typical day

Usually go for a walk or jog in the morning before I start my day. Usually also take a walk in the afternoon as well as after work (I work from home and find it really important to stay active). They can definitely expect some fetch, tug of war, keep away and nice long sessions of scratches and relaxation in between

Location

William S.'s Neighborhood

6+ secluded acres & long walks :)

Pet care experience

I grew up taking care of dogs in my neighborhood. I am a true dog lover who has experience we senior dog care and has the energy to keep up with high energy breeds (I love cardio). I currently work from home on 6+ acres on the water on a property surrounded by trees, wildlife and marshes. I live on a secluded road with little to no traffic that is over a mile long (nice long safe walks). Trained and raised dogs from family members as well as my previous dogs. Would love nothing more than to keep some dogs company have them enjoy the space n wildlife with me while you are on vacation. They will be able to enjoy their own little vacation here as well :)

Will was so great to our gal! He has a great property that is great for dogs who like to run around and kept us updated the whole time with pictures, what they did, and how our dog was doing. He was also very responsive and considerate of our dog’s needs. This was our first time using Rover and we were so impressed with how smooth the process was and how well they took care of our dog. Would highly highly recommend.

William was amazing. He updated me continuously as I drove across country, moving my family back home. It was clear Mitzi was in a safe, caring, and loving environment. Mitzi is an older dog, and needed multiple bio breaks throughout the day. In addition, she got very homesick, and William got her through all of it. I definitely recommend William for your dog sitting needs. Mitzi and I really appreciated his TLC approach and would request him again (if he’d take us!).

William was great with our dog, Charlie. We dropped Charlie off at William's house for his stay, and he was fantastic. Always on time for walks and feedings, and sent us regular updates with photos that put our minds at ease. It was like Charlie had his own little vacation, he almost didn't want to leave. We highly recommend William.
