About: We've always had fur babies until now. We had to let our last pet cross the rainbow bridge at 17 yrs old. We rescued him when he was 5. Such a sweet boy!! We've also had German Shepherds, a Beagle, Rabbits, and Guinea pigs. Experience with Puppies and Senior dogs. FYI--I tend to be a bit over protective. I was able to retire early, so I'm home ALOT! Home is my happy place. My husband of 31 yrs still works a few days a week but is also home often and loves animals. We have a fenced in backyard with grass areas, and a pool. I'm very protective and would take your baby out front on leash, and out back on leash or under strict supervision, whichever you dictate. We have a large front yard and side yard and live on a quiet dead end street which is perfect for walks. We also have a fairly large home where small dogs can get plenty of indoor exercise. Home is my happy place! I retired early so I'm home most of the time. My husband of 31 yrs still works a few days a week but is home other than that. He loves animals too! I have a fenced in back yard and a large front & side yard. I'm over protective and will keep your pet on leash outside and well supervised.

With a background in Pre-Veterinary studies at ETSU, hands-on veterinary clinic experience, and years spent raising, training, grooming, and caring for animals, I understand that every pet is unique and deserves individualized attention and compassionate care. I currently work professionally as a dog groomer and proudly offer boarding, daycare, drop-in visits, walks, and grooming services in a safe, structured, and loving home environment. My home is designed with dogs in mind. We have a clean, comfortable setup, a dog door for easy access, and a fully fenced one-acre yard where pets can safely enjoy supervised playtime, zoomies, sunbathing, and plenty of sniffing adventures. I also share my home with four friendly, well-socialized dogs who help create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for visiting pets. Because I work as a groomer, I never leave pets unattended for long. Typically no more than 4–6 hours and I intentionally limit the number of pets I accept so every guest receives plenty of love, attention, exercise, and individualized care. Crates are available if needed, and I maintain consistent routines to help pets feel relaxed, secure, and right at home. I have experience caring for: • Puppies and high-energy dogs • Senior and special-needs pets • Medication administration, including oral medications and supplements • Special diets and feeding schedules • Anxiety-prone and shy pets • Multi-pet households • Cats, small animals, and reptiles I use gentle, low-stress, fear-free handling techniques and understand that some pets simply need a little extra patience, reassurance, and TLC. Whether your pet is outgoing or nervous, my goal is always to make them feel comfortable and safe. Professional grooming services are also available, including baths, brush-outs, deshedding treatments, nail trims, and full grooms. Boarding clients may even enjoy discounted grooming services so your pup can head home looking and feeling their best! You'll never have to wonder how your pet is doing while you're away. I love sending daily photos and updates so you can relax knowing your furry family member is happy, comfortable, and being treated like one of my own. This isn't just a side job for me caring for animals is truly my passion. I strive to keep my rates fair because I know how important it is to find reliable, trustworthy, and affordable pet care from someone who genuinely loves what they do. I welcome dogs of all sizes, as well as cats, small animals, and reptiles. Additional Information • Puppy rate applies to dogs under 2 years old. • Standard drop-off and pick-up hours are 8:00 AM–7:00 PM. • Early morning or late evening drop-offs/pick-ups may incur an additional fee. • Meet-and-greets are always encouraged, but not required. • Daily photo updates available. • Limited spots available to ensure individualized attention and care. • Crates available if needed. • Grooming add-ons available for boarding and daycare guests. All of my pets and yours are my full time job so all of my attention is towards them! I do walk other pets and step out of the home at times, but I'm only gone max of 4-6hrs at a time. I have a large fenced yard to ensure all pets are safe to play outside. I do monitor constantly and no pet is ever left unattended.
