“Shelby was great with her quick response for a last minute booking. She also asked great questions to be sure that she understood all of the specifics for Angel. She has great communication and sent some nice pictures too. I am very happy with how she cared for my senior dog, Angel, and I will definitely be booking her again. Thanks, Shelby for great care and service!”

About: I can’t have a dog of my own yet, so I love giving other pups all the care and attention they deserve. I’m reliable and detail-oriented, so I’ll carefully follow every routine, and instruction. Whether your dog loves long walks or cuddling on the couch, I’ll make sure they are well cared for. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel confident while you’re away. My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I live and work in downtown Harrisburg, and my hybrid position gives me the ability to work from home on different days each week. When I’m in the office, I’m still nearby and able to stop in for walks, potty breaks, feeding, check-ins, or extra playtime. While I’m based downtown, I also have reliable transportation and am happy to travel to homes outside the city as well. I’m happy to work with your pet’s normal routine to help them feel cared for and stress-free while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust someone caring for both your pet and your home, and I take that responsibility seriously. While I’m not currently offering care in my own home, I’m happy to care for pets in their familiar environment where they feel most comfortable and secure. I’ll carefully follow all care instructions, routines, feeding schedules, and house rules to make sure your pet’s routine stays consistent. I’m respectful and clean, and I’ll always treat your home with care and professionalism.
About: I have had dogs ever since I was a little girl. Growing up, we had Pitbulls and Dobermans in the house. I was responsible for taking care of the family pets, as my parents wanted all of us to be involved. My neighbors had dogs that I would take while they were away. This would consist of walking, feeding, and cleaning up after their dog. I used to walk dogs in my old neighborhood, and I have taken care of my friends' pets on several occasions when they went away. My husband and I adopted two little kitties and it was the best thing we have ever done! They bring so much joy to our life and we love them dearly I am a third grade teacher, so I am looking for post-work pet care or weekends when I am free. My evenings would open around 4:00, where my weekends are usually open all the time! I can easily crate a dog as needed, clean out a litter box for cats, provide food for either type of pet. Or simply, give company to a pet that has been home by themselves for awhile!
About: I’ve had animals around me my whole life. I’m always so excited to make a new furry friend! Walks, potty breaks, baths, play time, feedings, and cuddles: I’m happy to do it all :) Young or old, I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! I’m currently a college student doing most of my classes online, meaning I have plenty of time for your furry friends! I am available most weekends and typically all day Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as well as Tuesdays and Thursdays after 1pm. I always make sure pets feel safe and comfortable in their own home. I will follow your routine closely, keep things tidy, and give plenty of love and attention. Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities!

“Kathleen was amazing with my two terriers! I had surgery and needed help getting them exercised during the first few days of my recovery. She was prompt and professional and thoroughly enjoyed her time walking my little ones, which made it that much more fun for them! She was very patient and gave them her undivided attention. I highly recommend Kathleen and will be booking with her again soon.”

“Is definitely a life saver, my family got the pup but couldn’t get up so early in the morning to walk him, was willing to do 5 am walk for 2 of my weekly days and 6 for the rest best thing ever!”

About: Grew up with dogs in the family. A collie and a husky. Currently have a beagle that is 6 years old. Had her since she was 9 weeks old. We walk every day. Care is a high consideration on very cold days as well as hot and humid summer afternoons. I don't work during the summer months. Have time to care for a pet for someone or a family who needs help so they can plan a vacation or time away. Or for those who have a demanding time schedule. I only have one pet, dog, in the house. A fenced in yard and a wireframe crate that is 2 feet x 3 feet and about 2 - 2.5 feet high.
About: Hello! I love being outside and exploring nature, and what better way to do it than to have an adorable animal by your side! I’m looking for a side hustle and my love for pets would make this a great one. I can’t wait to meet your best friend! I’m currently working part-time at a restaurant, so my hours as a pet sitter would be 5am-2pm Monday through Thursday only. If you’d like me to spend a weekend with your pup or kitty, you’d have to give me at least a week notice. I care for my pets by ensuring they are always safe. I have a fenced in yard and e-collars to protect them from running away. If you would need me to supply you toys, leashes, or a crate, I would be able to.

About: I've taken care of young and old dogs. I've watched family pets for years and have spent a lot of care on specialized research around animals to ensure I give them the best care I can. I love to play with them, never get bored of watching them and ass I started I pay a lot of attention to detail. I can pick up on all those little details in dogs that many sitters will miss. You could not leave your dog with a safer host. I have a very flexible and open schedule right now. I am willing to work whenever and can plan around caring for your pet. It will be my number one priority. I have an apartment that is free of pets right now so I have the space give your pet some extra room without disruption while they stay with me
About: I've taken care of all sorts of dogs ranging in size and need! I've given pills and insulin injections to some of the dogs I've watched and am very comfortable with those things. I've also watched chickens, turtles, and cats! I am a stay at home mom to 2 wonderful little boys! So I am readily available for your pet! We cannot wait to play and meet your pet! I have a fenced in yard. I have a small 8 lb dog that is unamused by other dogs and will keep his distance. Your dog can be crated if you'd prefer. I also have a toddler who knows to be gentle with our dog and will be with yours too.
“Very talented walker. Great with my turbo-goon (9 month old hunting dog mutt who is a family love pup). Nichole has a flexible schedule, easy to contact sends great reports and pictures. I'll book her again in a heartbeat.”

About: I’ve had considerable experience with cats and dogs — over 50 years of being around them — and I now share my home with three cats. I’m now starting to offer pet care as a way to earn money, and I’ll come to your place for drop-in visits, overnight stays, and house sitting. I’m also open to caring for other pets. I’m a calm, patient person, and animals really respond to that energy. When I arrive, I make enough noise so pets aren’t startled, then I spend a minute talking with them and reading how they’re feeling before feeding, litter breaks, potty breaks, or play — whatever they need at that moment. I’m comfortable giving shy pets the time they need to warm up. I don’t have much experience with special needs care, but I’m happy to handle meds or anxiety with a steady, reassuring approach. If a dog barks, I’ll soothe them with a calm voice; if they pull on the leash, I’ll pause until they settle; if a pet’s shy, I’ll let them come to me. My schedule is flexible and I can work around your dates, including weekends and holidays. People often tell me they appreciate my calm, thoughtful approach — it helps my pets feel safe and at ease. I’d love to meet your cat or dog! IMPORTANT- I am flexible. 😊 I will do my best to accommodate reasonable requests. We will discuss details when I come to meet your pet(s). My schedule is flexible since I’m retired. I can work around your schedule, or adjust my own to fit what your pet needs. I do have a couple evening meetings each month, and I’m busy on Sunday mornings. About: Hello! My name is Lisandra and I am excited to be able to have the opportunity to provide love and care to your fur babies. Since my teenage years I have been taking care of dogs as I grew up in a household with a Shih Tzu and Chihuahua. Once I moved on my own I decided to continue that care by becoming a dog mom myself. Over the last 15 years I have been a dog mom to 2 wonderful dogs! At the moment, I have my Boston Terrier lover boy Scooby who is a spoiled happy boy. When you entrust your pets to me, you can rest assured that they’ll be treated as if they were my own. I can provide regular updates on your pet’s while also ensuring they get the love, care, play, exercise, and the cuddles they need! I’m currently working from home, so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I’m available for boarding 7 days a week and can provide doggy day care from 8am-6pm on those 7 days. To provide the upmost care for your pets, I can ensure they have a consistent routine that includes potty breaks every 2 hours, regular exercise with a 15 min daily walk 2 times a day (once in the afternoon and once in the evening), access to fresh water and food, a safe environment, plenty of attention and play time as well as a in home play mate! I also will maintain open communication with you regarding any concerns or changes in your pets behavior.
“Elaina is the best care taker of animals we have ever had! She goes above and beyond to take care of your animals while you’re away! Highly recommend you book with this provider, as we will definitely be using her services again!”

About: I will probably remember your dogs name before I remember yours. I love animals and I have 2 German Shepherd Labradoodles who are high energy and extra clingy. I know how to take care of dogs and understand their needs for exercise. Currently I am an educator for High School students looking for summer work. I want to be able to be flexible to still spend time with my puppers and take care of yours. My dogs are crate trained and can be left without destroying things. They are exercised daily as well as keeping them up on their medications and probiptics. My one dog has issues with his hips so we get that checked frequently with the Veterinarians.
About: I used to be a personal assistant and during this time I took care of my employers dogs. I’m comfortable with all breeds and sizes! I had a senior dog for three years and understand they're on a different schedule than most dogs. I've been apart of groups that help socialize puppies and programs where kids read to dogs! I work a healthcare schedule so I’m flexible for the most part. I usually work 3 12 hour shifts a week meaning I can be with your dog the other four days!! Previous dogs I took care of one of them wasn’t nice so I kept my distance as safe as possible still letting them outside and supervising, feeding them, giving treats! My personal dog, has a semi fixed schedule especially when everyone in the house is working that day but if we’re home we play and snuggle with him as much as he wants! He gets a bath every two weeks and we supplement his food with omega 3 tablets recommended by his vet, and foods such as sweet potato’s!
Windsor Farms dog parents share their Rover experiences
Keira was wonderful. She helped walk our dog while we were on vacation and Chewie was staying with my parents who have difficulty walking him regularly. She was incredibly prompt and arrived at the same time every morning. Our dog warmed up to her very quickly and she even managed to win over my parents dogs who are generally wary of people they don't know well. I would highly recommend her.
