4. Erin P.
“Let me start by saying that Erin is an incredible dog sitter who clearly knows what she is doing and cares for doggies. She asked questions about how my dogs need to be cared for/ if they have any special needs, she asked about behaviors and how they like to be loved. I could tell when I picked them up that they’d been given everything they needed. (Plus, she has the sweetest dogs of her own). Will use Erin again for sure!”

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a little kid and helped my parents at my uncle’s farm. I truly love all animals and enjoy their individual personalities. I have experience dog/house sitting dating back to 2000 in the Camden area. Since we moved last year, I’m looking to meet new clients and help you with your furry loved one in the Waterville area. I worked in animal hospitals in my early 20s so I have a great wealth of knowledge to draw from in many areas (but not exotic pets, as none of the veterinarians I worked with had that as a specialization.) I’m currently working from home doing some freelance work and have many opportunities to go for walkies. We are currently without a dog in our home, and I’m looking to get out more. Any pet I take care of is treated as if they’re a member of the family. I believe in spoiling pets with love, but keeping the boundaries of the owner so as not to undo any training. Reinforcing good behavior is always a priority.
10. Alex L.
“I felt that Alex took care of our puppy like it was her own. He was tuckered out at the end of the day and got to meet other farm animals, which was great! It’s a great opportunity for us to socialize our puppy, in a safe environment. Definitely will continue bringing our pup to Alex!”
11. Marissa G.
“Marissa watched our dogs when we went skiing. We felt totally comfortable leaving them with her! They had a great time at her house and she sent us pictures of their day. She was incredibly nice and we will definitely reach out again!!”
12. Jennifer S.
“Jennifer was amazing with Rocket. She played ball with him before we picked him up to tire him out for our long drive. She had a large enclosed yard and Rocket had a great time running around in the yard. Will definitely rebook her next time we’re in the area.”

About: People say I am an animal whisper. Specifically pets. However, I don’t consider myself a whisperer. I call it RESPECT. I treat any animal like it’s my own (I have 5) and I get on the same level with the furry friend (both literally and intellectually). And yes, people may think I’m weird because I talk to the animals out loud but I believe animals who are living organisms (like people) get RESPECT! I currently work part-time. But that won’t stop me. I have 4 days off usually through out the week. Depending on my schedule I’m going to provide services on my days off of my part time job. If a time will not work for both you and me then I will make a priority to try and arrange a time to provide a service as soon as possible. I will walk your furry companions as long as you would like. If it’s really hot out no matter if it’s a short or long walk, I can bring a container and a thing of water as well as during the walk. I will provide rest breaks in the shade. Pet sitting I will play with them, make sure there food is always available (clients preference) and if they need to go out I’ll be happy to take them out.
14. Ilsa G.
“Great communication beforehand and through the day, and then a delightful summary of the day when we picked Tessa up. We were especially grateful for Ilsa's willingness to keep Tessa into the evening so we could have dinner with relatives some distance away.”
15. Tyler G.
“I found Tyler to be a very responsible dog owner who truly enjoys caring for dogs of all sizes. He is very compassionate, patient and understanding when it comes to ensuring your dog has a safe and fun filled day. Tyler and his dog Clarence treated my Great Dane puppy just like family. My puppy absolutely adores both of them tremendously!! I would highly recommend Tyler for your dog sitting needs. He goes above and beyond!”
16. Susan C.
“I highly recommend Susan for anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable dog sitter. Susan has been boarding my dogs for many years anytime we go on vacation and I couldn't be happier with her services. First and foremost, Susan genuinely cares for the well-being of my dogs. She takes the time to understand their individual needs, preferences, and routines, ensuring that they are comfortable and happy while in her care. I can always trust that my dogs are in good hands when they are with Susan. Not only does Susan provide excellent care, but she also goes above and beyond to keep me updated on how my dogs are doing. She sends regular updates, including pictures and videos, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my furry friends are enjoying their time with her. I also love the private property on the lake for my dogs to have the freedom to run around, play and swim.”
17. Tanya W.
“Our sully is always excited to go and always tired when he comes home. Great people ❤️”
18. Jaymi L.
“Jaymi has been an amazing dog sitter for my Goldendoodle puppy. Leo has been excited to see Jaymi every morning when I drop him off while I work. She keeps me informed and updated about Leo. She also watched him later than expected this week and I appreciate the time she watches him where it’s almost an 11-12 hour shift. Thank you!”
19. Nathan B.
“Nathan accommodated us on short notice and hosted our dog for 14 hours of daycare. He was responsive, super flexible with the long hours and early drop off, and exceedingly capable/confident with our high energy shepherd/pit mix. We highly recommend him!”
20. Catherine K.
“I am so grateful I found her! My new work schedule was so hectic and I was exhausted when I returned home. Long walks with my Yorkie (9) and Yorkie-Palm (1) turned to us just standing in the front yard. I knew it wasn't enough. I knew I needed help, my dogs deserved more. That's when I reached out for help and came across Sky in her eye profile. I was nervous at first because I am really protective of my Yorkies. She arrived on time and communicated with me the whole time she is with my pets, which was very important to me. They absolutely adore her! She is loving and patient with my older Yorkie, but also fun and energetic with my pup. I'm also grateful that I can trust her to watch my pets when I have to go out of town. My dogs are not neutered so they don't have many options when it comes to pet hotels. You can tell she has a lot of knowledge about caring for dogs, but what I love is her friendly attitude and the passion she has for what she does. Thanks to her my dogs are well taken care of when I am away and also get the right amount of exercise on the days I don't have the energy to give them the walk they deserve. Again I am so grateful for such a reliable doggy caregiver, I think she is the best and I'm sure your dogs will think so too!”
