This is our 3rd time using Hayley and her husband to watch our sweet Polly. From the jump Hayley has been incredibly responsive as sometimes I book last minute. My dog has loved her stay there and she is truly taken care of. I was very anxious my first time using the Rover app. And having a dog sitter. But Hayley and her husband totally treated Polly as their own. My dog is very anxious and has extreme separation anxiety. And as a loving dog owner, I expressed these things to Hayley to give her a heads up because I was worried how my Polly would react and be in a new environment. Polly adapted amazingly and loves Hayley and her husband and actually wines when we leave their house after pickup! Hayley is great and I will recommend her constantly. Very responsive, loving, and educated.
The pictures and the memes that she sent every day on our vacation, literally put me at ease. They also cracked me up.😂🤣 to find someone that obviously loves dogs & makes them feel at home is incredibly rare. I never want anyone else watching my dogs except for Martha. 💕💕💕
