About: I've taken care of pets since my early twenties and have even helped potty train both my dogs as well as family members'. Most recently I have cared for 2 senior dogs and a Great Dane with several disabilities. I work from home and have ample time to provide care and attention to my pups. If needed I can step away from work for walks, play, potty breaks, etc. I have a fenced yard and two friendly pups two keep your babies company. I can also crate your pup if needed. Our own pets are pretty spoiled and they have their own beds but tend to lay in blankets on our couch!
About: I am the family animal caretaker who is trusted and loves animals! Experience ranges from personally owning cat and dogs, working at vets, senior care. I work full time during the week but am open to friday and saturday mornings! Hoping to be more open after more experience with rover! About: I grew up with a rabbit named bunny honey, a bird named Charlie, and I now have my sweet pit/lab mix Soto, whom I adopted! I work full time Mon-Fri but drop in on my own dog during lunch as I work 10 mins away! I am able to keep your baby in my home, if you’re okay with that schedule. I am home during the weekends and go on walks and parks with my own pup, so yours is more than welcome to join. I am an incredible adaptable and patient person. I work with children which definitely calls for patience. I love all animals and treat them as if they are human. Share with me the specifics about your fur baby and I will be sure to treat them with all the love while you’re away!

About: I am a 36 year old pet owner myself, looking to have some flexibility in my schedule so that I can finish up my nursing degree. I am very reliable and have my own transportation, and most importantly I LOVE animals!! I have owned dogs my entire life ranging in all sizes. I have also taken care of numerous pets over the last twenty years both in and out of my home. As a dog owner myself, caring for pets is already part of my daily life. Pet sitting naturally fits into my routine because I’m used to feeding schedules, walks, administering basic care, and making sure animals feel safe and comfortable. Pet sitting fits naturally into my weekly routine because I’m organized, dependable, and able to plan my schedule around the needs of the pets in my care. Whether I’m caring for a pet in my home or a client’s home, my focus is on providing a safe, comfortable, and stress-free experience while maintaining the routines they’re familiar with. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, exercise, medications, potty breaks, and any special care requirements. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality and preferences so they feel secure and well cared for while their family is away. I also prioritize communication by providing regular updates, photos, and prompt responses so owners always know how their pet is doing. I understand that trusting someone with a beloved pet can be difficult, so I strive to give owners peace of mind through reliability, attention to detail, and compassionate care. My goal is for both pets and their owners to feel comfortable, confident, and supported throughout the entire experience.
“Alison has been giving Fenris morning walks for the last couple of weeks, and we feel so lucky we found her listing! She has been communicative and reliable with great availability. It was obvious from our meet and greet that she knows how to build trust with dogs, and Fenris has a great time on his walks with her. We would highly recommend her to others!”

“Eric was quick to reply and genuinely cared about making my dog’s day. He took my Dalmatian on a nice long walk and also played with him in the backyard on both days I booked. Eric was great about keeping me in the loop and making me feel included while I was away, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. He’s an awesome person, clearly loves what he does, and I’ll absolutely be rebooking with Eric.”

“Olivia is fantastic with our pups! Very easy to work with and was so sweet with our puppy who gets nervous with new people. Will certainly be using her in the future!”

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was little, as I have never lived without them. I love all animals and always treat them as my own. I love being outside and going on walks and would love to have a dog to take with me on some adventures as I explore San Antonio. I’m very punctual and good about remembering feeding times or understanding what the dogs needs are. I have owned big and small dogs and love them all so much. I have raised puppies but also cared for my blind and deaf dog during his last few years of life so I am experienced in all stages. I do not have a job at the moment because I just moved here so I would have plenty of time! I miss being around my dogs and am hoping to be able to interact with yours! I live in an apartment on the third floor so I don’t have a yard right outside, but my complex offers a beautiful dog park. There is also a dog washing station if I need to clean them up. There are plenty of walking trails close by that I can take them on and plenty of grass areas.

About: Hi y’all! I’m Jackson, and I am a huge animal lover. I’ve lived with at least 2 dogs my entire life, and I now have 3 dogs waiting for me back home in Houston. My animals received many, many walks while under my care. I’ve dog sat for countless neighbors, family friends, and strangers, and I’m no stranger to scoopin’ some poop. My oldest pooch was 18 years old, and I’m more than aware of the stubbornness that age brings along. I’ve raised many puppies too, so I’m familiar with the nuance of tender yet firm care. I’d love to get to know and provide top-notch care for your animals, if you’d let me! I am a full time student at UTSA. I have class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends are more than often available. I try to visit home once a month to spend time with my family, including my dogs, so I’d love to fill this canine void I experience here in San Antonio. I have been the owner and the stranger to untrusting dogs, so I’ve gathered the best way to approach these kind of animals from both sides. I have no issue with getting on their level, exercising patience, or crating. I pick up on mannerisms and comfort levels easily, and I can adapt to the needs of each animal efficiently.
“Kate is an amazing care taker for my dog, Maverick. It puts my mind at ease to know that he is the care of a very caring, responsible individual while I'm gone! I can't say enough good about her. She is the best!!”
“Amanda has been a great dog walker for our puppy! She was extremely loving and caring to our puppy. Some of the things we appreciated about Amanda was that she was easy to get ahold, always on time, and consistent rain or shine. We had to move away from the area and wish we could have taken her with us. We highly recommend Amada to take care of your pet!”

“Lindsay is so great and caring. My dog took to her right away and loves seeing her everyday! She is always on time or even early. She communicates and lets me know how Lily did on all her walks! I am so happy I found her, she has been a life saver!!”

The median cost per walk for dog walking in Wildwood West is $19
Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Wildwood West
Hannah is a total delight. She was thoughtful enough to bring a few treats, actively listened to my concerns since my dog is dog reactive, and then proceeded to tire my boy out. Her love for animals truly shows as my dog was even reluctant to come back inside at the end of the walk. He was definitely in the right hands and will be a repeat client.
