About: Hello! I am a full-time EMT for Atascosa county. I live with my fiancé (also a firefighter/paramedic) and our fur babies, Oakley, a chocolate lab and Slater a Golden Retriever. We also have a 4 year old Ball Python named Luna. There is ALWAYS someone home looking after our boys and your babies will get the same treatment. We are so excited to open up our home to more dogs, and to let our own dogs meet some new friends (with permission). We know basic dog CPR, due to the nature of our job, and we enjoy taking our own for walks. We understand how nerve wracking it can be to leave your fur babies in the hands of someone else, so we are more than willing to accommodate any special needs/requests, as well as sending as many updates as you’d like. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like more information! We love playing fetch in our secured backyard everyday while it is still cool in the mornings, and once the sun goes down. We also have a kiddie pool in the back yard that regularly gets refilled to help keep the doggos cool. Our dogs are on a schedule that they are used to, but I am more than willing to accommodate your dogs own needs! I can kennel your dog as requested (feeding time, bed time, alone time), as our dogs have their own as well.

My Mother is a Vet, and through her I have learned to passionately care for animals of all types. I have assisted in her practice all my life. I can attend to most minor emergencies with pets. Giving meds, applying medication, dogs of all sizes, needs, puppies, senior dogs, yes I have the experience first hand. I am available for you and your fur babies whenever you need it. I can make it work, and will fit to your schedule with some advance notice. I have a big fenced backyard and kennels to care for small to medium sized dogs. I do have a mastif who lives inside our home. Plenty of fish tanks inside the home, and our chinchilla. Outside I do have a fenced in chicken coop with chickens.
19. Jennifer M.
“Jennifer is so amazing. I got a 9 week old husky puppy and I couldn't bare to leave her at home while I'm at work. I talked to several sitters before landing on Jennifer. Akasha my husky is a big baby and constantly needs cuddles attention and potty breaks. Jennifer is soooo amazing with her Akasha gets so excited when she sees we're at Jennifer's for daycare. Her tail goes crazy and she starts running all over. Jennifer loves akasha and akasha loves her she takes such great care of her and treats her like her own dog. If you have ANY second thoughts on who to care for your fur baby look no further Jennifer should be your only choice! I have a recurring weekly daycare with Jennifer for akasha and I know if I have to go out of town who to board her with! Thank you so much for being so amazing Jennifer!!”
