About: I grew up with pets as part of my family, which taught me from an early age how to care for them with patience, consistency, and respect. Being around dogs and cats my whole life helped me learn how to read their body language, understand their routines, and respond to their individual needs, whether that means playtime, quiet companionship, or extra reassurance. Pet care fits naturally into my routine as I’m currently focusing on personal growth and beginning a new chapter in my life. This gives me wide availability and flexibility to dedicate quality time and attention to pet sitting. I’m able to prioritize consistent visits, unhurried care, and being fully present with each pet, ensuring they receive the attention, comfort, and reliability they deserve. I focus on providing calm, attentive care that keeps pets comfortable in their own environment. In a client’s home, I follow their pet’s established routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and plenty of affection. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and comfort level, making adjustments to ensure they feel safe and at ease while their owner is away. For example, she raked the leaves on my front yard because it was getting bad and I was too lazy to do it, haha. She also coordinated with the San Antonio Feral Cat Coalition to trap my neighborhood cats, get them fixed, then release them back to the neighborhood. We have lots of cats here, so that really helped control the cat population in the community!”

About: As a dog "Mama" I know how important it is for our "children" to be safe,loved and happy. I provide a fun, interactive, safe and relaxing environment for your Pup. Working part time from home allows me to give a lot of myself and my time. There is a big Park near my home to walk and run in (weather permitting) and I have a decent sized fenced Yard. Max is the resident 13 month old Catahoula. He has been raised with lots of other dogs and lots of visits to the dog park (he hands out kisses to everyone ). Currently he is 30 lbs. and is full grown. We have two cats who don't mind dogs too much LOL. Both were raised with dogs,

About: I can not wait to meet your puppy spend time outside and get there energy out! I love long walks and running around playing with your dog. I've had a dog my whole life growing up but really became invested when I rescued my dog Barley from under the highway at 10 weeks old. I potty trained her and helped her become comfortable around people. I have a very available and free schedule. I'm currently in nursing school and have a rotating clinical schedule. But it is a 10 hr shift and will still be able to come by in morning and late in the evening. I love starting off with having your pup get comfortable with me and then talking them out on a nice long walk. We'll come back, ensure they get their food and water. We will relax and they will be having some home play, belly rubs and just hang out. I'll end my visit by confirming they have plenty of water and going outside one last time.

About: I am the family animal caretaker who is trusted and loves animals! Experience ranges from personally owning cat and dogs, working at vets, senior care. I work full time during the week but am open to friday and saturday mornings! Hoping to be more open after more experience with rover! I am all ears for at home instructions and am open to giving medications and extra care for seniors! Overall looking out for their wellbeing!

“Hector is amazing with my Carrick and was from the very beginning. I'm disabled and found myself in need of a part-time dog walker. My dog is being trained as a service dog but was also rescued from a shelter and does not trust people easily. Hector asked what commands he knew, what was the best way to approach him, didn't flinch when my baby got anxious during their meet and greet. He won my furbaby over so completely that the next morning when Hector showed up for the first walk, Carrick quietly sniffed and accepted him and was more than happy to go on a walk with him. Hector also discovered the best way to walk Carrick on their first walk - I've never seen him come back from a walk so happy before! I cannot recommend Hector enough. He has experience, is intuitive, communicative, respectful, thoughtful, and takes great care of your fur babies. My little man gets the tippy-tappies when he hears him walking up to the door. A dog that usually takes months to warm up to folks. If you hire Hector you will not be disappointed. You will have a reliable, skilled and trustworthy person to take care of your furbaby.”

About: Dogs are cool. I've been around them all my life in my own home and homes of others. I've taken care of them as if they were my own and they give us oxytocin, so who doesn't love that! I respect all doggy care desires and boundaries. No discrimination here, big dogs, little dogs etc I enjoy walking, talking, feeding, playing, bathing all furry friends. My schedule varies.
