She provided excellent communication and photos to keep us updated throughout the day. Also appreciated her accommodating our early drop off time. Would definitely book again!”

“Mary & her husband Marc couldn't have been a better choice to watch our little rescue Molly. This was the 1st time we left her with anyone so we were a little nervous, but after our meet & greet we felt 100% sure that she would be in good hands. They are very kind & caring people. I would not hesitate to leave Molly with them again when we return to The Villages.”

“This was our first rover dog sitting experience and it was great. Misty took such good care of my dog and I would totally recommend her if you need a dog sitter or walker!”

About: I've had pets in my life since I was young. I've taken care of dogs, cats, wolves, snakes and horses. Dogs and cats from youth to end of life care. Animals seem to like and trust me, so much so that my wife calls me the animal whisperer. :) I'm retired and am available every day of the week unless I'm out of town visiting relatives in North Carolina. I do go to the gym several times per week but I'm not gone over an hour each time. I have plenty of places to take pets for walks and there are dog parks close by as well. If your pet requires being crated at night etc that's no problem.

“Sadie really loves staying with Julia and playing with her dogs. Julia sent us three pictures of Sadie while she was there and she was interacting with her dog. Julia sent us a report of all the “business” Sadie did while there and overall kept us informed. We are looking forward to having Sadie stay with Julia again.”

“Kathy took care of our dog for the day while we were in town for a funeral. Our initial daycare plans fell through at the last minute. Kathy was available short-notice and took good care of our dog.”

About: I’ve had pets including dogs since I was a child. From Chow/Akita to Lab to Australian Shepherd to dachshunds and chihuahuas! I work part time and have plenty of free time to take walks on the local paths and to dog parks. I know how to leash train, potty train, and help with any bad habits or behavior. I am extremely attentive and intuitive when it comes to caring for all animals! I currently only work part time mainly from 4-9 pm, so my mornings and afternoons are usually pretty open. If boarding a dog at our home, my husband is retired, so someone would always be home with your pet! I have a fenced backyard at home. We have several great walking trails and even a dog park in our neighborhood that we frequent often. We have a crate and dog gate if needed, but we treat our pup like a child and she’s allowed on the sofas, beds, and she’s got her own bed in every room of the house! We take walks every 2-3 hours and keep to a regular feeding schedule.

About: I have two senior dogs, have had pets my entire adult life, and also volunteer with a rescue group. I have fostered numerous puppies (including a litter of 3), and have raised two of my own from puppy to adult. I enjoy providing activities to keep busy dogs physically and mentally engaged. I believe in positive reinforcement training and lots of love. I work from home & my husband is also home. While I will be the one taking care of your pets, he is able to care for ours! I have a flexible job which allows me the time to take care of your pet. I believe that following parent (pet owner) instructions, providing positive reinforcement and "listening" to a pet's signals are important aspects in caring for a pet. I will treat your home and pet as if they are my own - with love and respect.

“Beryl was PERFECTION!!! She is the perfect person to care for one’s loved pets. She is so kind, caring, and loving. Our 2 dogs received excellent care and were given attention throughout their stay. After you meet Beryl you feel like you have known her for years. She deserves the absolute highest possible recommendation.”

About: Hi my name is Carla, I am 36 years young and came across this app and would love to experience the care for other dogs. I am a full time student. Fenced in yard. I have a smaller dog that would love some company. I have early mornings and walk my dogs in and around the neighborhood or yours and will take them to the park depending on the energy of your pet. I range around 1-7 miles with smalls hills and stairs and will go on an adventure at times. Dogs need love and attention always. I would love to have the same care for my dog that I would give to your dog when you are out and about. I would make sure that your dog gets their food on time and water bowl filled. Dog walks are a must but not if it’s too hot so the park would be ideal for a place to expend their energy. I want start off slow but will eventually start boarding and or overnight stays if needed. Let me be a part of your dogs life with lots of love and smiles.

About: I love all animals as if they’re my own, we love going on walks, often times play outside more then 2-3x a day. We love to follow an owners wants and needs when caring. Every morning we go on a walk, and go outside. Our family loves being active on nice days and we love to go on walks! I am very loving with all animals, I am patient and understanding of all dogs and how they're raised and trained. I have worked with dogs with special needs as well. I treat all animals like they're my own
