Elaine stepped in last minute to sit our two dogs and was great! She carved out time for a meet and greet ahead of time, asked thorough questions while getting to know them, and took great care of our older special needs dog as well! Not to mention they both felt right at home with her. I would highly recommend Elaine for any and all pet sitting needs.
Alexis was fantastic. The trip was somewhat last minute, and she was extremely quick in her response time and came over to meet the dog and cat in a most convenient way. During our trip she was great with communications and went so far as providing our adult children with updates, videos and description of activities in abundance. She made everyone in the family feel better about the trip and I cannot say enough good things about her attention to details, work ethic and communication skills. My only selfish complanate is the standoffish dog seemed to miss her. While that is a little ego crushing for me, I think it is a very positive reflection of her personality and love for the animals in her charge. I hope we have the opportunity to work with her again. She was great.
