I began seeking clients on Rover in the summer of 2025 as a way to make some more money for college and I love animals so I figured “why not!” - I found myself really bonding with every dog/cat I watched and cared for them as my own. I accept as many jobs as I possibly can because I understand the importance of having someone stay with your fur babies who knows how to care for them in all aspects. My 7 month old puppy died due to negligence from his pet sitter and got hit by a car. Due to that experience, I have shifted my focus to mainly Rover, hoping I can provide families with the comfort and assurance that I will care for their animals with the respect and love they all deserve. I have experience with all kinds of animals (even bunnies, horses, fish, and more!) I was a working student from the ages of 10-15 years old and have my own horse so big dogs don’t scare me. I know how to deal with skittish or aggressive dogs because I had to learn to groom my own goldendoodle as he got older and became unpredictable due to dementia. It is important for me to make sure the animals I look after feel heard, are never left alone for too long, and have fun during my time with them! Safety, trust & environment
If your dog likes to play with other dogs I have a fenced in yard and two other dogs of mine who are very friendly. I am very neat and organized so the chance of your animal eating something or getting into something they’re not supposed to is very slim.

Alicia is the best! She sat our 2 pups (Golden and Golden doodle) for the weekend sending pictures and keeping us updated the entire time. We came home to the house like we never left and the puppies were happy! Will have her sit again when she can! Thanks for taking care of our fur babies.

Alicia took such great care of our dog and cats! She was incredibly flexible, accommodated all their needs and preferences, and always kept us updated with pictures and videos so we could see how the pets were doing
Alicia was wonderful and definitely gave us great peace of mind that our pup was in great hands while we were traveling We had a last minute plan and she was a great communicator, flexible, and was able to make everything go seamless. She was very sweet and a natural with our pup. So we'd easily highly recommend her and request again.

Alicia was so great with my fur baby!! She took lots of pictures and kept me updated about her visit. She was so friendly and caring with my 2 y.o. dog, that I just immediately felt like he would be in good hands with her. I really appreciated how responsive she was when we messaged. I would highly recommend Alicia for dog walks and taking care of anyone’s fur babies.

Schedule
I only have one other job exercising steeple chase horses in the early mornings so I have a lot of availability to make house visits or spend the day as much as you would need me to! I also love to go on walks and take hikes, so if I am looking after an Active dog it is no problem!
