About: I have grown up with pets all my life, starting at the age of 7. My family currently has three dogs (one small and two medium) that I care for regularly. I am able to walk the three on a lease comfortably and have played a large role in training them. Although I prefer dogs, I grew up with a cat that I loved and cared for. I am able to provide compassion and care to a variety of pet personalities. With years of experience caring for cats and dogs, I understand how important it is to find a sitter/ walker you can trust. Whether your pet needs playtime, a dependable routine or just company, I’m here to provide loving and reliable care. I just received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May and am currently studying for the licensure exam that will be at the end of July. My availability is open as I have the freedom to adjust my study schedule as needed. I care for pets in their home by meeting them where they are at; literally and personality wise. With three dogs of my own at home, I am unable to watch your pet outside of their home. In caring for your pet in their environment it helps reduce stress and attempt to maintain any form of routine they have. I am considerate of multiple personalities and consciously make an effort to accommodate the pets needs. With dogs I have watched in the past, I attempt to give them familiarity with their routine, within mine and their comfort. I walk familiar roads/paths, feed them on their schedule (if possible) and attain to any of their needs. I will use any devices/ equipment you typically use and will prioritize safety outside the home (using leases, collars, etc.).

About: I’ve been pet sitting for a little over a year now. I had repetitive clients who I sat for. I’ve had timid dogs, needy dogs, elderly dogs, and hyperactive dogs. I’ve even taken care of 12 inch koi fish! I love spending time with the dogs and caring for them, as well as getting to know their owners and ensuring that they have someone they trust with their pets. I am currently looking for a job in Athens, so my days are completely free. I will have to have time for school, but otherwise I don’t have much else to do. I won’t be able to keep them at my home since I have roommates. However, I am able to go to the dogs to care for them. In the past, I always went to my clients home (overnight or just the daytime), and can still do that.

About: Ever since I begged my parents for a puppy when I was seven years old, I have had a huge love for dogs. I grew up helping to raise my family's first dog, Scooby. She was feisty and a diva, but she quickly became a cherished member of our family. I got to grow up with her and care for her in all stages of her life, from puppy hood to her senior years. She lived a long, happy life, and we said goodbye to her a few months after her fifteenth birthday in 2020. Our house was too quiet without a pet, so in November of 2020 we we brought our sweet new addition, Natty, into our lives. She is our pride and joy, and getting to be a part of her life makes mine infinitely better. I have such a love for dogs, I think they are incredible animals capable of love and happiness that some of us could only dream of. I can't wait to meet your furry friend! Open availability for walks and check ins. I'm in between jobs currently, so I am pretty flexible! I have limited availability on Saturdays during the fall. I will follow all owner instructions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Your pet is a cherished member of your family, and my care will reflect that. Your pet will have my undivided attention, and keeping them safe will be my number one priority. Your dog will be on a leash at all times when outside the home, and care will be taken when approaching other dogs and humans.

About: I have personal experience with both cats and dogs from small to large size. I have watched and taken care of pets for both family and family. My father is a dog groomer and have help when feeding, cleaning, and walking pets he has groomed or boarded. About: While I've had pets my entire life, I've professionally cared for the animals of others for nearly 10 years. While I was in the Army, I fostered for a local rescue and did the basic training and socialization for young, abandoned puppies to get them ready for forever homes. While pursuing my BS of Animal Science at ISU (Class of '19) I worked at Lloyd Veterinary Medical Hospital with equines of all ages, and spent several years as professional Animal caretaker working at the USDA with small animals. I have experience with dogs and cats, young and old, as well as rodents and other small animal pets, geckos, and freshwater aquarium fish. I am semi-retired, and work my own hours part time so schedule is flexible and it's easy for me to fit your pet(s) into my daily life Your pets will be most comfortable in their own environment, and I am committed to caring for them in a way most similar to what they are accustomed to.

About: My mom and I started transporting pets about 6 years ago to different states and countries. Due to being in school, I cannot travel a lot and chose to pet sit instead. About: Since I was young, I've help care for a total of 3 dogs and a couple cats. I'm best with dogs that are at least one year old. I am taking college classes, but aside from that I have plenty of free time to care for your pet's unique needs. I'll only take jobs that are nearby my home because that way if they need extra help I can get there on short notice. I will only take out items that you consider necessary for watching your dog. I will clean up any accidents that your dog might leave behind.

About: I am an absolute dog lover and Rover lover! After I graduated from UGA in 2018, the first thing I did was purchase my own puppy, and she has been worth every sacrifice. Rover has helped me out so much while I have been moving between houses, and would be honored to give back by being a sitter. I am married and work full time, but am flexible as to whether I am working at home or in the office, and my husband is available to switch off with me as needed. My dog is very gentle, and loves play when with a good buddy. I am also a runner, so if your dog is high-energy, I will gladly take it for a good run (Yes- even if they want to yank my arm off)! I am diligent about taking puppies out to use the restroom. I understand (from experience) what it takes to house-train a puppy, and how important consistency is. I have a very flexible job, and already spend a lot of time with my own dog. Adding another in the mix would just be more fun for Mal Pal and I! Currently, I do three walks: morning, afternoon, and evening. I try not to leave dogs for longer than and hour if I need to leave the home while pet-sitting. When I am gone, pups stay in their crates.

About: I’ve always had dogs my whole life, I currently have a Pitt Bull Mix. The majority of my experience is with medium to large dogs, but I love all of them. I have plenty of experience with dogs! I grew up with dogs and I’ve had plenty in my life. Right now I have a very high energy Pitt Bull mix and she’s very spoiled! But, like my grandpa says, “a spoiled dog is a good dog.” I have a very high energy dog, who would love a playmate! She’s very loving and friendly! She would do well with a friendly and playful dog.
