They were interested in his routines and most importantly the do's and don'ts so Gucci didn't pick up any bad habits. Next the drop off. They have a huge area for Gucci to get plenty of exercise and he showed an immediate sign that he was comfortable which sealed the deal. We could not be happier with how well our Gucci was taken care of (6 nights) I was truly impressed with the consistency in daily updates which included photos, cuddle time and summary of his day. We appreciate their flexibility when I needed to add an extra day due to travel delays. I highly recommend Yiqiuxi and Nick and I am getting ready to book a new date right away. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

I love how Megan was always available and how she consistently sent photos and videos to keep us updated; it’s like our pups were on our vacation just as we were cause based on the videos they were having so much fun I was almost jealous lol! I loved how she exposed my pups to her chickens and whatever interested them in her backyard. I also loved that they had children because my Teacup always had someone to play with. Lastly, I really appreciate Megan’s flexibility. We had car trouble coming back from the airport and not once did she ever make us feel bad for the inconvenience. If you’re looking for someone to watch your fur babies, I totally recommend Megan 100%. Thanks so much Megan and family, you guys made going on vacation stress free. Our pups will definitely be back! This was our first time using Rover, and Ms. Lilian and her husband were amazing with our little Morkie, Sheba. They were incredibly understanding and patient, especially on the first night when Sheba was scared and adjusting. Throughout her week-long stay, they provided constant care, attention, and updates that truly reassured us. Sheba was so well cared for that she missed them and her paw pals when she got home—she was even crying looking for them! We’re so grateful for their kindness and would absolutely trust them again. It was a pleasure meeting Tanita, Terrance and their family, they are very nice people. Tanita and Terrence was absolutely awesome with our 8 months old Milo. This was our first time ever leaving Milo with anyone, so we were a little nervous at first like any fur baby family would be. Tanita, Terrence and their family showed our Milo so much love while he was in their care. They sent us pictures and videos of Milo each day he was with them. Milo made friends with the other fur babies and he had so much fun playing with them. The loving care that Tanita and Terrence gave Milo, it made my family and I feel so good to leave Milo with them. I would definitely bring Milo back again to be cared for by Tanita and Terrence. I also would highly recommend my friends and family to Tanita and Terrence. Thanks again for caring for our Milo!!
If I could give Tanya more than five stars, I would. She was responsive from the very first inquiry and kept me updated throughout my dog’s stay. She suggested a meet and greet before I did, which was reassuring. She treated my sweet girl like she was her own. If you are looking for a sitter who will be attentive, responsive and kind, I suggest Tanya!
Frank took very good care of Apollo. He made sure that my dog’s needs were taken care of. He sent videos and pictures of Apollo’s activities during his stay with him. He allowed Apollo to play with his other dogs and even allowed him to play with his dogs’ toys. Apollo appeared happy to be in his care. Will book again!
