She was flexible with the drop-off time, allowed for a late pickup, and stayed in great communication throughout the entire stay. My dog tends to be shy around other dogs, and Ms. Dana was so gentle and understanding of her personality. It made a huge difference knowing she was in such a patient and thoughtful environment. Dana’s home was also extremely clean and welcoming—it’s clear she truly cares about the comfort and well-being of the dogs she watches. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Ms. Dana again. What an amazing gift this couple was for us and our dog, Buddy! He had the best time ever, and we got plenty of picture updates showing how well he was getting along with their pets! Even when we first arrived to drop Buddy off, he was instantly running around in the backyard playing and totally forgot about us…lol!!! It was evident that he enjoyed his stay and that their home was place filled with love! “Brian was excellent with my anxious dog. When I picked him up he seemed like he was home. He was calm. Brian was also very flexible with the drop off and pick up time even after I changed my drop off and pick up time at the last minute. He sent plenty of pictures of my dog roaming around and even getting a cuddle time. Next time I need to board my dog I will definitely go back to Brian. I would highly recommend him.”
